Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Arezzo

Our stay in Figline Valdarno was perfect! Lorenzo was a very accommodating host before and throughout our stay, and we absolutely loved the property. Private garage, good restaurants in walking distance, and short walk to the train station. If you are considering a trip outside of Florence or to explore Tuscany, I would highly recommend this house.

The accommodation and the garden are simply a dream – lovingly designed, quietly located and with a very special atmosphere. The pool with the wide view over the Tuscan landscape was a highlight for us - an absolute pleasure in the morning and in the evening. Vito is a great host: warm, helpful and always available without being intrusive. We felt comfortable from the first minute and enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the place throughout the week. The location is perfect for day trips: Florence, Siena, Arezzo or even smaller places like San Gimignano or Cortona - everything is easily accessible in about an hour to an hour and a half. In the evening, we often cooked and enjoyed the sunset in the garden – with a glass of wine and just silence. I have already recommended this accommodation to several friends – three have already booked – and I would come back anytime. A place to switch off, enjoy and simply feel good.

Sasso's house is a wonderful space immersed in the greenery of a hill overlooking the city of Arezzo, with behind and all around the forest, vineyards and olive trees. The house is very large and welcoming, ideal for staying in multiple families, as we did, but it is also divided perfectly for those who prefer to have their own spaces, both inside and out. Furnished with the typical taste of the Tuscan countryside, rustic but at the same time functional in all respects. Riccardo is a very nice and helpful host. We had a really nice and relaxing time, we will definitely be back.

My daughter & I had a lovely time staying at Caterina & Otello’s place in Arezzo,a 10 minute walk from the Arezzo train station & very easy to locate, we meet with Caterina who showed us through the apartment which was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is located in the heart of Arezzo a close walk to the Beautiful main plaza. We loved having air conditioned apartment with mashing machine & dryer located on bottom floor. Very clean & tidy apartment. Caterina’s communication is instant & makes herself available for any needs you may have. She even walked us back to the train station after our stay. Restaurants,bars,cafes,shopping etc is all at your door step. We did a day trip as well to the beautiful Cortona. Will hopefully be back again one day. Thank you for having us. We spent 2 weeks in Borgo Mocale It was a great stay. The place is peaceful, the views are stunning. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it!

The place was lovely, the property is amazing with its own outdoor swimming pool (pool would be understated), tennis court and boule court. Nice to walk and do nothing. There were many other guests there at the same time, but hardly noticeable on the extensive property. The surroundings are very nice if you just don't want to do anything. The contact with Maya was very friendly + fast and the apartment was equipped with everything you would want.

We had a fantastic stay at Luciano’s place. Everything was just as described, and the place was very peaceful. Luciano was incredibly helpful and shared plenty of great tips about the local area. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends.

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

The stay with Andreas and Natchana was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

This is an absolutely stunning place, on so many levels. The villa and surroundings look exactly like the pictures, but they can’t truly do justice to the tranquil beauty of the landscape and the comfort of the house. We loved this place. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we braved it a few times - hard to resist with the stunning view. The house is a quick walk to the tiny yet utterly charming town of Montebenichi, with its one lovely little restaurant (with wonderful food). There are other walks in the area, including down the road towards the nearby wolf sanctuary - the wolves add to the magical atmosphere with their baying at intervals during the day. The road to the house is narrow at times, and intimidating at first, but gets easier as you get familiar with the twists and turns. The overall location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, a quick drive to many of the top sites. This place delivers on the Tuscan dream vacation.

We rented the whole property to include the additional third room and we had a great time. Located in a remote and very quiet setting, the property provides an authentic Tuscan experience. It has a magnificent garden with a great view and a great pool. We saw wild boars and horses afar from the terrace every day. The outdoor dining area is spacious and very relaxing. Our hosts, Emilio and Simona, are very nice, responsive and accommodating during our entire stay. Thank you Emilio and Simona for your warm hospitality.

Beautiful views of the village below from the bedrooms, such a dreamy place to stay. It was a fabulous place for my mother and I to base ourselves for a week. Our fitness improved walking down to the restaurants and shops- no guilty feelings about all the pastries we ate! Lots to see, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

WOW, you will not be disappointed if you want a beautiful Tuscan view in a well appointed accommodation with thoughtful and responsive hosts. We were a week at Jane and Giampiero’s and were sad to leave when the time came, you can loose yourself here in the peaceful countryside. The beds and bedding were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation, comfortable seating by a nice cozy fireplace, and outdoor seating. Jane was the supreme host, she made bookings for us, trip recommendations and more. There are too many positives to list, my best recommendation is to book - would love to go back.

Carlo was very kind despite the very late arrival. The accommodation is very close to the conference center and therefore very convenient for those who have to go there.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

We had a great time, everything matches the description and Caterina is a perfect host, friendly and ready to meet the needs of her guests. I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing place and host! Enrico was very helpful and pleasant through the stay, dinner at their restaurant was exactly what we needed after the weather let us down. The freshly made focaccia was the highlight for sure. Shame we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend staying here and they have accommodations to suit groups as well as couples.

We stayed here for three days. The place is as described, functional, and well-stocked, tidy, and clean. Super friendly and helpful host, clear in the directions. We had a great time!

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not an inconvenience. Not much time at night.
