Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Arezzo

I just had my 60th birthday in the house. It's been absolutely amazing. The photos don't do the area justice at all. It's SO beautiful. It worked perfectly for us. We were 8 (6 adults and 2 children). You're pretty sure we'll be back another time❤️😊.

We returned once more to this wonderful place. The house is impeccable. What I like above all is the privacy it offers, with amazing views and of course the coziness. The hosts are very kind. The only trouble is that you don’t feel like leaving that place! Thank you once again, Liesl and Danny!

We absolutely loved the home and location! There were nine of us and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Amanda was a fabulous host. She was very responsive with all communication and helpful with places to see in the region. The location was excellent for traveling all around Tuscany and it was very peaceful. We can't wait to go back!

Such a wonderful house in a magnificent location! We spent a great week in Diego's house where we really didn't miss anything. Especially worth mentioning: the fireplace, the great kitchen and the 100% cleanliness of everything. And of course: the pool! 1,000 thanks, Diego!

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

Secluded location away from the quiet village. A lovely view, great pool 5 minutes walk from the cottage. Good train links from Londa Contea station to Florence every hour. You need a car to access the cottage from the village.

A place with amazing views, sunset and horses that come under the fence of the house. The house looks just like the picture, it's in a beautiful quiet area. The communication with the host was very good. We were in May, so it's not so hot during this time. The house is cool which may be a disadvantage during this period. It was a bit cold in the morning and evening. Beautiful vintage interior. A nice welcome basket of products.

Check and confirm the location with the owner before traveling

I stayed at Alessandro's house even 15 days ago, I repeat the things I have already written, comfortable house for the location. Alessandro is kind and helpful, let me know that I was in Cortona for my Exhibition, and I asked Alessandro if he had a staircase to lend me, well what to say he made me find a new one...thank you. Alessandro's mother is a kind and able to explain the house etc... Very large and cozy house, practically new kitchen and bathroom. The only flaw (which I have already communicated) the photos of the house on arb&b do not make it. Thanks again for everything.

A warm recommendation to spend your holiday here! We stayed in the apartment for two weeks, and they were two really good weeks😀 Anna and her family are very kind and caring people who are concerned about how your stay is going. Anna was available throughout the entire stay if any questions arose and was diligent in providing recommendations for both attractions and restaurants. She was accommodating from the start, which resulted in us having the best experience. A super relaxing and nice place to spend time – with a lovely pool. Although it is hot during the day it is pleasant to stay at night. At the same time, you can also go out of town if you wish.

We had a nice weekend in the tranquility of the Tuscan hills in an area not far from Arezzo. The pool is quite large and you can relax quietly on the sun loungers. The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need with an outdoor patio to have breakfast or meals. Finally, another plus point goes to Marika for the hospitality, hospitality and description of the place with the various activities to do. A truly impeccable host from whom you can see a true passion for her work by taking care of the maintenance of common spaces

Gabriele welcomed us with open arms to the island where his ancestors have lived through generations! Explained some Irish history on the island to us. He greeted us with generosity with some aperol on arrival! The stay was perfect, overlooking the lake and the birds singing as the sun went down. We cooked a lovely meal in the apartment and Gabriele had set a table up for us, restaurant style and left a nice gift in the fridge for us! Always accommodating and we would definitely recommend. A true Italian hospitality experience 🇮🇹

Beautiful experience! Luca and his family were so kind and welcoming, giving us a lot of useful information to visit the nearby places and the best places to eat typical dishes. The house has impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Close and practical to Anghiari, a beautiful village and many other typical villages of Tuscan beauty. Highly recommended!!

What a lovely place. We felt right at home. Novella put fresh homemade pasta in the house as a welcome. The house is typical Italian, original and charming and the view from the terrace and the garden into the valley is simply fantastic. There are cute places nearby, such as Poppi and Stia - but you can also just relax for a day at home and swim in the natural pool in the forest. The communication with Novella was great, once we had locked ourselves out by mistake and 15 minutes later she was already there. For me, Novellas agriturismo is a longing place and we will definitely be back. Thank you Novella!
