Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Arezzo

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting Arezzo at Christmas. The distance from the center is perfect (10 minutes by car), there is a parking space and the price is very honest compared to the offers that are around. The house is clean and cozy and Alberto is a very nice host, he warned us of the possibility of an early check-in (it is done independently and is very easy) and welcomed with great availability the small suggestions we gave him (addition of blankets for the night, we did not know that Arezzo could be so cold!). Plus the coffee pods were delicious :)

Beautiful apartment, very well renovated and equipped to a high standard. Very nice terrace, nice view. The village is very nice, lively. Very good shops nearby. We had a fun time! Great base for visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elena’s! Clean place with all needed amenities such as laundry room and parking area. The area itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Very close by car to many signature spots of Tuscany. we also enjoyed laying next to the swimming pool. The host is very welcoming and responsive. The host invited us to the local town’s celebration which we enjoyed a lot! Shortly, I can only recommend staying here to experience the best Tuscany itinerary! 🙌✨

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

The stay with Andreas and Natchana was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Joana’s apartment is incredible. We love the style and furniture, everything is thought of down to the smallest detail. Her communication is really prompt and so helpful. Poppi is the most beautiful place and now holds a very special place in our hearts. We feel very lucky to have found such a great place to stay in such a lovely apartment.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

It was a wonderful experience, Daniela the owner is a wonderful person, her sweet welcome made us feel at home. With her beautiful four-legged friends and her sweet horses, she made us appreciate the beautiful natural setting we were immersed in even more. A few minutes from the center of Arezzo and certainly a great location for those like us who love nature but also appreciate the historical and more touristy part of beautiful Arezzo. I would say a great combination of nature and history. Thanks to the availability and impeccable professionalism of Virginia who supported us throughout the stay, with kindness and punctuality. Definitely an unforgettable experience to be repeated even in spring when the landscape is transformed and the sunniest days will allow us to take walks and do other activities in the area. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay in rural Tuscany, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Our hosts, Alejandra and Filippo, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail – a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. New house, very clean and very welcoming! The stay, although short, was very pleasant. The house is in the centre and the car parking is very convenient. Ester and Sara were very kind and very responsive to every request. The house also has a beautiful terrace. Better than that, he couldn't go.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

The apartment offers everything you need. The beds are lovely and it is also nice that my long partner's feet can protrude a little over the edge. Shower downstairs is spacious and has a powerful jet. Everything has been thought of; plenty of lamps, complete kitchen, nice place to sit outside, extra blankets, shower stuff etc. Very nice! The only small downside was the sound of the (children of the) neighbors in the morning and evening, but of course the host has no control over that. All in all a very nice place that I definitely recommend! Good base for visiting Seina and walks in the surroundings.

We love the experience. Carla and her family helped a lot and were sooo friendly to us. Everything is new, quality body wash products are provided. And sooo beautiful the house. Hope to see you next year.

Really enjoyed our experience here. Stayed for a month with our newborn and it was quiet, surrounded by nature, and cozy. Ron was a great host and the house and location was as rustic as advertised.

A charming property located in an Italian village. helpful and friendly owners.

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.
