Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 1 Selo (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on ground floor of our villa.

The apartment is located in the city center 150m from the most famous monument of Pula - Arena - an amphitheatre from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity are cafes, restaurants, shops, the promenade and the city centre with the main street leading to the city's most famous square, the Forum. The sea is parsto meters from the apartment but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10km away from the listing.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Welcome to the studio apartment „Piccolo“ in Pula. We are situated in a very quiet part of a town named Veli Vrh (Big Hill). The pool is shared with another guests from the other apartment. The size of the pool is 4x9x1.35m. The pool is open from May to November.
