Beachfront holiday rental in Premantura

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for us and the location is excellent. There is very easy access to Pula, and for shopping and supplies. The swimming from Sunny Steps was wonderful and we loved being on the balcony looking out over the bay every evening. The local Wakepark bar was great also! I would love to go back and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!

Very nice host, always reachable, always good tips at hand about beach and restaurant options nearby, very clean apartment, modern furniture, perfect location to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Bikes, SUP, and kayaks for those who want to do more sportive vacations. Highly recommendable, we will come again.

We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment really offers everything you need. We enjoyed our time there. The fenced terrace for our dog and the nearby Vizula for walking was particularly pleasant. Overall, the place is highly recommended.

The location is what stood out for us! This apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Being able to walk around old town was the best and Maja was super friendly and provided great tips on where to eat. The steps leading up to the apartment provided a great workout.

One of our best Airbnb stay, we would like to come back again! The Garden is beautiful and the Apartment has everything what you need!

Great place to stay: two big bedrooms, well furnished kitchen, conditioning in each room, excellent location near the seaside and shopping mall, clean. Franka greeted us with drinks and fruits.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cezar Green's place in Vinkuran. The hostess was very nice, easily accessible and enthusiastically gave very nice and good tips about attractions/restaurants/etc nearby. The 1 bedroom apartment rented by us was spacious enough for our family of three + dog, was equipped with a small but pleasant balcony, well maintained, clean and had air conditioning. We felt completely at home. Our stay was great! The location is the perfect base for trips to Pula, Medulin, Kamenjak,... Car is of course a must.

Really very friendly hostess, everything went smoothly. The small apartment is also beautiful and the small garden fits exactly if you have a dog with you. Gladly come back 😃😁

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. We stayed at Natasha´s place during the beginning/low season. We found it very peaceful, clean, well taken care of. Natasha is a great host, caring. The place is ideal for families or groups of friends as there are more apartments. Recommending!

Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

we had a wonderful stay in Pula. The accommodation is absolutely recommended! Barbara is a great host - the best we've ever had! She is proactive, always friendly, great recommendations and super cute gifts. We felt incredibly comfortable and would recommend this accommodation to everyone because you won't regret it. With our rental car we were at all the hotspots in just a few minutes. The nearest beach was a 15-minute walk away. We are more than happy and satisfied with the price-performance offer. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed! 🌟 10/10 !!!!

We had a great week in Dragan's apartment. He warmly welcomed us and was always available and helpful throughout the entire time. The apartment and the entire property with pool are very well maintained and well equipped.

We felt very comfortable with Dorijano! We were warmly welcomed and freshly baked cake. The apartment is stocked with everything you need and the beautiful terrace and pool are wonderful. The apartment is very quiet and only a 10-minute walk from the beach and also for shopping you only need 1 minutes by car. We can highly recommend this place. Thank you, we had a nice time!

Anna is a person of heart, as you rarely find. With every little problem, she was immediately at our side! She is always cheerful, friendly and very helpful! Your little dog Luna is also great, my children have always been happy about her and liked to pet her! we were welcomed by Joseph, Slavka's husband... he explained everything very well and clearly... everything matched... and we felt at home... I would have liked to stay longer... it will be for next time... I have already recommended the otttomo host to some friends.

Stoja is really comfortable and quiet as an area, with the car you can get to the centre of Pula in 7/8 minutes. We preferred to travel by bus because it is very practical: in a maximum of 12/13 minutes you can get to the central stop (Giardini 3 p&r stop), having a rechargeable card (which Bernarda had already left on the table with about 7 euros inside😍) each trip costs only €0.90. The stop is one minute from the apartment. Also nearby is the Max City shopping centre and a bakery. The beach is a minute's walk away and is wonderful. 😍 Of course, it is rocky, but almost all the beaches here are. There is little to say about the apartment, small but beautiful. The veranda and the garden overlooking the sea are very charming, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and we also used the washing machine. Bernarda, her husband and little Dotty are really kind and helpful. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and hope to see you again ❤️

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Great, near new apartment in the heart of beautiful Rovinj old town. Smartly and tastefully appointed, the apartment looks brand new and everything works. Close to everything, all within walking distance, restaurants, cafes, market, amenities. An easy choice to experience best of Rovinj.

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Absolutely gorgeous place, worth every penny.

We stayed there over the weekend and had a blast. 😍The beach is about a minute away and with the bus you are in 10min in the middle of Pula. My small one cried because we had to leave 😂 The apartment was completly renovated and very clean. Thank you for the hospitality.
