The apartment is part of Kuća Penja, a vacation home with artistic flair. Other apartments and a conservatory (group room) with bathroom and washing machine can be booked. The color design through paintings and creative material invite you to feel good and try it out. The furnishings are neither modern nor perfect, but loving and individual, there is no TV. On the ground floor with dining area also in the garden. Top location, 5-minute walk to the sea, the nature park borders the village.

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Premantura is known for its Kamenjak Nature Park with over 30 different, magnificent bays and incomparable flora and fauna. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building on the edge of the forest. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
