Family-friendly holiday rentals in Premantura

We had a wonderful stay. The garden is very large and beautifully located and offers plenty of space to relax. The house also offers plenty of space for nice cooking and game evenings. Great terrace. Robert and Sarita are very nice great hosts! We will be back! :)

Very nice accommodation and a great and friendly host. Antun welcomed us in person and told us a bit about the house and himself. The place is nicer in real life than in pictures. Very good condition. The apartment is also equipped with a new washing machine that really made our stay easier.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

Our stay at the place was great! The hosts were incredibly nice and warm, which made us feel very welcome right from the start. The place was perfect for the four of us and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the quick and straightforward help whenever we had a question. We would definitely came back and highly recommend this place!

Great location and lovely apartment

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

The apartment was very clean and ideally located: in just a 5-minute walk you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Lada as a host was just great – helpful, friendly and always reachable for questions. We can 100% recommend this place!

Super apartment, right next to the town center and easily accessible to the various bus stops around. The place was spacious, amenities present and worked well.

The house is cute and full of character, we enjoyed our stay here. Suzana was friendly and responsive, she gave us lots of useful info.

We felt at home. The accommodation is ideally suited for 4 people. There are 2 separate bedrooms. Everything needed was available upon our arrival. Drinks and fruit were available. The kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave and all kinds of utensils... We have never had such equipment before. Sun loungers and a small garden right next to the apartment. The landlords live in the building next door and were always available. The car can be parked directly in front of the apartment. The beach is about a 10-minute walk. A very good restaurant is located directly opposite the accommodation.

We had a great time in Mauro's two-story house with its own pool – perfect for children and dogs, as it is completely fenced. The location is great: In 5 minutes you are at the sea, neighbouring towns with shopping facilities can be reached in about 15 minutes. Mauro is a great host – quickly accessible, helpful and always there when you have questions. Extra highlight: A wild boar family occasionally drops by (don't worry – just to look, the fence keeps them at a distance😉). A little tip: some glass cleaner or grease remover in the kitchen would be handy. But that's really complaining at a high level – we enjoyed our stay very much and absolutely recommend Mauro and his house!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A hidden paradise for humans and dogs! Very close to all the beautiful beaches, hiking and surf spots!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean, well-equipped and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The outdoor area with the pool and garden is lovely, and the quiet surroundings were just what we needed. One small thing to note: one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room, which might not be ideal for every group setup. But for us, it worked out just fine. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

It was great staying here! The host was very hospitable, flexible check-in times, very good contact, and we were allowed to stay in the property until the evening. The crystal clear water in the pool, the neighborhood is quiet and green, and it all made the trip exceptionally successful. We are very satisfied and will definitely go back to Croatia!

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

The most beautiful house, just stunning. Beautifully decorated and absolutely everything you need. Lots and lots of dishwasher tablets.l, washing pods and coffee pods which often isn’t the case! The pool was perfect, heated and just the right size for us. A fantastic restaurant about a minutes walk away made sure that this is a house we would recommend to anybody.
