If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 1 Selo (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on ground floor of our villa.

Ova predivna i sa ljubavlju uređena potpuno nova zgrada ( 2024) ima grijani bazen koji je osunčan tokom cijelog dana Villa Pollentia je zgrada sa 6 apartmana u kojoj živi i Vaš domaćin i udaljena je od centra Pule 2,0km. Zgrada je moderno uređena , sa klimatiziranim dnevnim i spavaćim prostorima i ugrađenim podnim grijanjem. Nalazi se na rubu naselja, sa predivnim pogledom na zelene borove Apartman 103 se nalazi u prizemlju i ima direktni pristup bazenu.
