My first time in Paraty,the accommodations met my expectations, all within expectations. Janaína was very polite and present in answering my doubts,I take the opportunity to thank and say so soon.

I highly recommend it! The site is close to everything (restaurants, travel agencies, shops, pharmacy...)! Caminhando takes about 10 minutes to get to the Historic Center, and about 15 or 20 minutes to Pontal Beach. There are restaurants that are more affordable than the centrinho on the nearest streets. Marina and Zefah are extremely welcoming, attentive and polite. Communication with the Marina is very easy... Responds quickly, gives the tour tips and whatever else you need. The suite is next to the house, sharing the same backyard. It has plenty of privacy! The room is very clean, as is the bathroom. All brand new, beautiful and very neat!

The stay at Adriana's place was wonderful. Township of the historic center and at the same time very quiet. The combination was perfect. Adriana received us super well and our stay was wonderful. The house is spacious and very pleasant.

The inn is excellent, with a structure that perfectly meets the needs of those seeking a comfortable and practical stay on the beach. What surprised me the most were the details: items like iron, iron and dryer make all the difference to make the experience even more convenient. We even extend the daily rates for another two days. Paraty is amazing, plenty of places to know and return to a quiet place made us feel at home. In addition, Julio is an exceptional host, always available and ready to help with whatever it takes. I recommend it with my eyes closed! I can't wait to come back, this time bringing more family members and friends to enjoy this amazing place.

Listing even better than a photo! The pool and apartment was very nice, the beach is only a few minutes walk away and the historic center is within walking distance as well. Highly recommend booking here for your stay in paraty:)

Our stay at Andreia's place was simply amazing! Since the first contact, she was extremely solicitous, clarifying all our doubts and giving great tips for tours and restaurants in the area. The house then exceeded all expectations! We were in a group of five adults, a teenage girl and a two-year-old baby, and the property served us perfectly. The rooms are spacious, airy and very well cared for. The rooms were impeccable, with clean, comfortable bedding, and bathrooms equipped with soft, smelling towels. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We do not miss anything at all. What about the outside area? Simply wonderful! The pool is safe for children, and my son had a lot of fun. It was a perfect space to relax and enjoy special family moments. In addition, the location is excellent, with easy access to downtown Paraty. Without a doubt, we love the experience and look forward to coming back!

Picinguaba is a beautiful and quiet place. For those who like beach without agitation, rest and contemplation of nature; it renews body and soul. The house is a cute, very cozy, all-equipped, as per the announcement. Everything is well organized, from the first with Marília, which gave us valuable directions as to the place. Mrs. Lucia, who received us, was very attentive and helpful. These were wonderful days!!!!

The house is beautifully located, super close to the historic center of Paraty and very easy to find. The house is clean and airy and we love the kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare our coffee and meals. Michelle is very quiet to contact, has given all the information and has always been available. We have nothing to complain about and the house has become our point when we visit Paraty again.

Host was quick to answer questions, a very clean property and exactly the same as in the photos. Quiet place, quiet neighborhood and no noise, close to the center, 5 min by car in a beautiful city. No embarrassment, great stay.

We were there from January 2-5, 2025 with 7 people, 6 adults and 1 child. The house is exactly as advertised: clean, full of utensils for use, especially in the kitchen. All rooms with air-conditioning. Quiet and safe street. Very close to good beaches, 20 minutes from the historic center of Paraty (by car). The host was very helpful. One of the best we've ever had. She answered all questions very quickly and indicated options for tours and nice beaches. Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful experience in this enchanting cottage in the middle of nature! The place is exactly what we were looking for: quiet, welcoming and with incredible energy. The cake cherry was the exclusive access to the waterfall that is just behind the chalet! a true gift from nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The hosts were absolutely amazing: super helpful, considerate and kind from the first contact to the end of their stay. We feel very welcome and welcome. The only observation is about the internet, which is a little unstable, but considering that the chalet is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, this was already expected and did not even disturb our experience. In fact, it turned out to be a good reason to disconnect from the world and enjoy the present moment even more. I recommend with closed eyes for those seeking rest, nature and a special touch of hospitality!

i highly recommend both for the apartment that was impeccable, as well as for the reception of Maria who attended us very well and what caught my attention was that the moment I needed their help, they did not think twice , excellent reception and service . I want to leave my gratitude to Soraia and Maria for the gesture of affection and compassion towards my family as we face a great congestion when we want to leave the city and they welcome us, I will always remember that . Great location, in a quiet neighborhood great for family looking for a vacation break, apartment was clean and provided the necessary for stay, as well as Jean's welcome and care to explain about the condominium and make it even easier to stay! Excellent local, clean, well located, easy check-in and communication, air-conditioning work perfectly. It was super worth it. The only thing missing is that there is no filter in the kitchen, so it is necessary to buy water.

We love the stay, the apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and the backyard is a great size.
