Unidade em 2° andar de prédio com elevador. 2 quartos com ar-condicionado quente e frio. 1 cama de casal, 2 de solteiro, e 1 sofá cama na sala. Acomoda-se até 6 pessoas. Uma vaga de garagem coberta para veículo de passeio. Supermercado (com praça de alimentação), fármacia, e lavanderia, a menos de 500 metros. Nota: A sala tem bastante claridade logo pela manhã.

A volleyball net, a deck for fishing or water sports, a pool table, a barbecue grill, an infinity pool, a reading space, games and a TV room. The house will be only for your family (two bedrooms will be locked as they are for the exclusive use of the owners). One room has air conditioning and another floor fan. VISITORS ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED!

Two-story house with a family atmosphere, safe and quiet. Located on Rua Marechal Deodoro, on the corner of Rua São José dos Pinhais near the Santa Paula hotel, 3 blocks from the beach in Guaratuba Pr. It has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, BASIC household utensils. Ideal for 4 guests, a couple with children, as it has a double bed and two single beds, but we have an auxiliary sofa bed.
