Dear guests, gentlemen!! I begin with the description, in order that I consider to be a greater degree of RELEVANCE, that is, informing you that all of you ARE VERY WELCOME to MY APARTMENT. The property in question has 2 balconies, 1 access to the kitchen(barbecue) and another access to the single room (front to the street). The building offers a calm street, and a great location(2 qdr. do mar). In its proximity there is a Restaurant, Market, Panif., Pharmacy, Sorv., Bar, Bca. de Jornal, among others.

A scenic view is captured from the balcony, overlooking a peaceful neighborhood framed by lush greenery. The ocean glistens in the distance under a clear blue sky, with a few houses visible in the foreground, showcasing the area's tranquility.

It is an apartment near Morro do Cristo, larger than the conventional (94 m2), has a private outdoor area, balcony, private garage, elevator, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, Wi-fi 600 mbps, several kitchen utensils, three beds, extra mattresses, table and chairs for outdoor area, in addition to the common area on the terrace with an incredible view of the sea. The apartment is located on the corner of Café Curaçao! On the same block, there are two restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a pharmacy, a bikini shop and a beverage distributor. In front of Curaçao is the Brasão supermarket (now with a food court and cinema!) Available in the apartment are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart that turns into a table for transporting beach items, a large cooler and a frescobol. Just arrive and enjoy!
