Beachfront holiday rental in Praia do Brejatuba

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The villa is excellent, very well located and with direct access to the beach — literally foot in the sand. The host has always been attentive and helpful, which made all the difference in our stay. I have nothing to complain about, just thank you for such pleasant days. It's well worth it!

For the second year we stayed in Amarildo's apartment, and we were extremely satisfied, my family and I, their space is getting better and better, new furniture, air in the two rooms which gave us even more quality in the stay, the environment is always very clean and airy, for sure next year we will be there again, remembering that Maristela who welcomed us is very sweet and kind. The place is exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and organized and all the information was provided both at the entrance and the exit...The stay was excellent. I recommend the location. I will definitely return there when I go to matinhos!!!

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.

We loved the house, we were in 4 old couples, it was the best choice, big house, great rooms, everything working perfectly, everything very practical, the sea view is spectacular from the bedrooms and the living room!!! Your Tito was a love every day we need 🙏🙏 We are sure to return soon

Super comfortable house were 13 people in total and it was quiet cozy and airy house, next to the beach the host was very attentive gave all the necessary instructions I recommend and when we return to the city for sure we will prioritize this stay!

Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!
