You can rent a quiet house without fear, a 100% host who answers everything at the time you ask, clears up all your doubts, we arrived at 11:00 pm and there was a burned-out light bulb... we just mentioned it and the host already asked to come change it right away... first time renting through Airbnb but look without comments I didn't regret it even for a minute... 100 points... We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I are spacious with luggage, so despite mentioning that it can up to 4 people, because we walked full of luggage the only place for two was great. For those who are not from the region, Marcelo knows how to guide and give a lot of information, it is a strategic stay area, as it is in the middle of the coast, in addition to it is in the area of the balnearium of caravels, quiet, familiar, but with medium and strong waves. highly recommend the home exactly like in the photos the super quiet beach ( on the days I spent), quiet for those who come with children, house near the beach, a restaurant with homemade food and barbecue top and affordable value, the house with everything in great condition and working we've been here for 7 days, and we'll definitely be back

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Perfect Apto! It's a few steps from Itapoá stilt beach! We love the stay, everything perfect, from cleaning, organization and items available for use. Amamos that chairs, sun umbrellas and cooler are available, this made our lives easier! It's a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of most windows and all the balconies, big and new space! The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need, even if it is small it is very comfortable. The common space is very nice, swimming pool and barbecue area excellent. Praia do capri has very calm and warm waters, great for children, has no structure of street vendors or kiosks, but nothing that bringing a cooler does not solve. Highly recommend the stay and hope to return!
