In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Our Wachtelburg Castle, a luxurious retreat surrounded by Havelland's nature at the gates of Potsdam and Berlin. Enjoy the extravagant accommodation with two pompous bedrooms. Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Kick back and relax in this cozy space. Relax on the lounge terrace surrounded by gardens. Here in the lovingly landscaped greenery you will be awakened by birdsong. In nearby Babelsberg Park, you can not only visit the castle, but also go hiking, jogging, cycling or swimming in the lido. You can also swim in your own pool. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach Potsdam and Berlin thanks to a very good connection.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our extensive garden, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.
