Mitten im hippen angesagten Potsdam-West, zwischen Havel und Sans-Souci, nur wenige Gehminuten von der historischen Innenstadt entfernt, liegt auf dem liebevoll gestalteten Hinterhof unsere mediterran anmutende Oase. Die nahe Havel bietet neben coolen Strandbars auch Bademöglichkeiten und einen wunderschönen Wasserwanderweg. Einmal ums Eck seid ihr in Sanssouci und genießt den weitläufigen Park mit seinen Schlössern, Fontänen und historischen Gebäuden. Die Uni Potsdam ist ebenfalls nahe gelegen.

Traumhaftes Dachgeschoss-Apartment am Wasser mit wunderschönem Blick auf Tiefer See, Park Babelsberg und dem dort beheimateten UNESCO Weltkulturerbe. 140m2 mit Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad, Wohnzimmer und großer Terrasse. 800m zur berühmten Glienicker Brücke. 100m zum nächsten Supermarkt, 500m zur nächsten Badestelle und nur 10min Fussweg bis in die Potsdamer Innenstadt/Einkaufsstraße/Potsdamer Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mit dem Auto nur 25 Minuten bis in die Berliner City. Keine Veranstaltungen/JGA.

Quiet and cozy apartment with fireplace & terrace

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Wachtelburg: luxury on the Havel

Our Wachtelburg Castle, a luxurious retreat surrounded by Havelland's nature at the gates of Potsdam and Berlin. Enjoy the extravagant accommodation with two pompous bedrooms. Cozy beds promise pure relaxation. The spacious and modern kitchen with access to the conservatory and a terrace invites you to evenings outdoors. Ideally located for bike rides along the R1 and excursions to Potsdam or Berlin. Relax in your private oasis after a day of experiences.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The bungalow is situated on private ground with marina. There are terraces to linger on the water. Via the jetty you can access a swimming platform for swimming and lingering. It has a kitchenette, shower room, heating and air conditioning in modern furnishings. The living space is heated very well. The bathroom has infrared heating. Within walking distance, you can reach the stops of the ÖVP to Potsdam and Berlin. No partying or partying!

Kick back and relax in our quietly located little home sweet home. Divided into 2 large light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped apartment awaits you - including a small workplace by the window - with direct access to the terrace in the middle of our small green oasis. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.
