lidia and her husband were very welcoming,responsive and friendly. Their accommodation was very spacious and extremely clean in a very pleasant and quiet setting with olive trees.

Small and very cozy place, complete with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Federica is very helpful and courteous.

Cozy apartment with two sofas and comfortable chairs in the living room. We felt right at home. Great view from the balcony, south-facing view and sunset. Kitchen very well furnished. Bathroom and bedroom have everything you need. Very quiet at night, in the morning you can hear the quiet street with the bedroom window open. Very friendly landlady, everything straightforward😊. A car is certainly an advantage. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice stay at Stefania’s place. She is super friendly and helpful! The place was very nice and clean. Perfect for 3 people :)

A delightful and bright little apartment with a beautiful glimpse of the walls towards the sea, which is rare at the same time being located inside the fortification of the Castle. Great quick and effective interaction. Definitely recommend!!

Great attic apartment with spacious terrace overlooking the main piazza in the beautiful Tuscan village of Pitigliano. The apartment was light and airy with two balconies catching the sun. The furnishing and original artworks were exquisite and the kitchen had all the necessary staple commodities . Our host was very responsive to inquiries and made some good recommendations for dining and other excursions. It was a perfect stay in one of Tuscany’s most beautiful hilltop towns.

A lovely apartment within walking distance of the beach and village. The outdoor space is not that large but large enough to sit comfortably. Inside it is much more spacious and very cozy and tastefully decorated by Angelo. Of all the comforts including a beautiful bathroom. Would go there again in a heartbeat and really recommended! Charming, cozy mountain home with breathtaking views, distant sound of the waves and birds chirping that filled our stay with serenity and peace. Our evenings by the fire, with candle light and a glass of wine after witnessing a stunning sunset were exquisite. Franceso (the host) was attentive, helpful and took amazing care of us. We loved our stay here.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

Exquisite host, super helpful and friendly, we had a great time. Apartment spacious, clean and with everything The necessary for those who want to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the apartment. The trash can for a welcome breakfast is very much appreciated. Secluded location in the hills for total relaxation although close to the centers of Pitigliano and Sorano. Rooftop x car and nice terrace To admire the summer stars immersed in the darkness of the Apennines. The pool was still closed but definitely a plus x the hot season! Highly recommended

We spent New Year's Eve at this wonderful house, in the middle of a garden, with all the necessary comforts. Fabrizio and Saverio are two wonderful and kind hosts as well as very attentive to the needs of the customer. the spa a few kilometers away and the cleanliness of the perfect house are also elements not to be underestimated! We will be back and highly recommend this place!

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very good time, very convenient and central location, wonderful view from the terrace, possibility to pay for parking at the same rate as residents, i.e. €2 per day. Ale was always very helpful and kind in everything we needed... highly recommended...

Beautiful stay in a recently renovated house with brand new and functional bathroom and kitchen. Very clean rooms and equally clean bedding and bath linen. A helpful and friendly host, it wasn't helpful to bother you as everything was working perfectly. Quiet and relaxing country, close to many perfect places for a stay marked by nature and walks or trekking. Great value. I recommend it
