The apartment was perfect for four adults. Great location, well equipped, modern and nice apartment. Nice and clean with very good beds. Cheerful host who provided good and helpful local recommendations. We would gladly came back!

Edoardo and his family are extremely friendly and accommodating. We were even picked up from the train station, but the bus connection is also good (line g1 direction "Aurelia Antica"). The apartment corresponds to the description and the pictures, there is everything you need for your stay. The bed is very good, the closets provide plenty of space. For us, the location was optimal as we borrowed bikes to take bike trips in the area. The bike path to Marina di Alberese and Marina di Grosseto starts in the immediate vicinity. Also very convenient, the large Coop supermarket in the "Aurelia Antica" - here you get everything you need. The balcony with washing machine and clothes rack is also pleasant, we did not use the outdoor kitchen at all. However, the view of substation and towing service as well as parking is not a highlight. We will be happy to come back if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here in Grosseto. The apartment is really really cozy, clean and really has everything you may need (we cooked on all days). It is easy to explore the beautiful old city or to take a bus to the Marina. Loriana is also extremely kind and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend also for longer stays! :)

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The beach is very close. The apartment is very nice and quiet and the city center is very easily accessible on foot. The whole area is very scenic. Consuelo is very friendly and we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

Great very modern, clean and newly renovated apartment. The location is very central and you can walk to everything in Castiglione. We particularly liked the two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, which always kept the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped as there are not so many dishes, spices, or an espresso cooker (only capsule coffee maker). Of course, this is also due to the fact that the apartment would not be booked as often yet. Although the apartment is located in a quiet side street, you can still hear a lot of the main street and the restaurants despite the closed windows. But if you don't have a light sleep, that won't bother you. Elsa was a very kind and helpful host. We were also particularly pleased with their tips and recommendations on the restaurants and bars. We would book the place again anytime.

everything was perfect, it felt like home

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

Perfect appartememt for two couples. Two good bedrooms and two toilets. Nice and big living room and a terasse. Walking distance to old city center (about 1km)

A wonderful experience in the middle of the Maremma, Edoardo super friendly and generous, especially available, without taking anything away from the very friendly house watchdog Bacco (and his two brothers), definitely an experience to repeat.

Guilia’s apartment is an absolute gem in a beautiful location. We had a comfortable stay and were able to make the most of the kitchen and the outdoor bbq, as well as enjoy the fantastic swimming pool. The location is so peaceful with gorgeous scenic views of the surrounding countryside, and there is lot’s to explore in the area including the hot springs and some brilliant location restaurants. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Staying at Piero's was a great experience, he and his wife were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They welcomed us with some breakfast products and the house was stocked with basic products such as sugar coffee salt, etc. Great restaurant tips. The adequate and spacious outdoor spaces with every possible supply, the interiors are fresh and with mosquito nets on the windows. In front of the house is a winery with great wine and a small shop with fresh and basic products. We highly recommend staying here, we hope to be able to come back.

The villa is located in a beautiful winery. We woke up to beautiful sunrises and watched beautiful sunsets as we sipped coffee in the house. They even gave us free wine bottles for arrival. The house was spacious and had all the stuff we needed for preparing a quick meal as well. Highly recommend

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

Laura and Alberto are two extremely kind and always available people. They welcomed us very well by making homemade bread and jam. The day after arrival they prepared a typical Tuscan pasta that they kindly offered us. Always ready to recommend places to visit. Amelie was also a fundamental part of our stay🐶 I recommend it to those who want to relax and visit a part of Tuscany.

We stayed a week in one of the barn houses. The property is immersed in the Maremma countryside where the peace and sounds of nature reign. A few minutes away from vegetable shops, typical products and supermarkets. The nearby beaches are easily accessible in a few minutes by car and suitable for families. Hosts have recommended beaches, restaurants, and things to do near the property. The house is simply furnished but everything is perfectly functional and functional, the garden that each apartment has is delicious, fresh and full of flowers. For us it was an ideal solution to be able to explore the area and have the privacy and tranquility we were looking for for our holidays.
