Family-friendly holiday rentals in Porto Santo Stefano

We have a very wonderful stay in Maya’s villa, the housekeeper led us to the villa at the fist day in case we can’t find it, which is so helpful. Not only the decorations and facilities(including the kitchen supplies) in the villa is perfect(we find nearly everything we need to cook Chinese cuisines), but also the view outside the villa is incredibly impressive. We take photos from sunrise to sunset, which show different angles of the beauty of Toscana. There are 3 cats outside the villa, some of them are shy others are enthusiastic. We buy cat food for them because they seem a little bit thin. All in all, we all can’t wait to come to this beautiful villa for the next time, and it really leaves us an amazing memory during our stay in Italy.

The house its stunning, a beautiful view surrounds the place making it a peaceful scape from the hectic city life. Raul was extremely helpful and welcoming, he graciously allowed us to check in late at night and took care of us throughout the days with politeness and respect. We had a great time and would definitely come back for a longer stay!

Lucia was always very kind and welcoming. The property is very organized, suitable for everyone. Also perfect for families, a lot of care for the spaces and accessories for children. The courtyard with breakfast bar is also very nice. We had a great time.

We just had a wonderful weekend in this extraordinary villa and are very satisfied with our experience. The house is spectacular, with a pool of the right size, a heated jacuzzi pool, and a gas barbecue that has made our evenings unforgettable. The villa offers privacy and tranquility difficult to find elsewhere. It consists of two independent apartments, furnished with taste and comfort. It was the perfect oasis of relaxation to get away from the daily routine. The only downside is checkout at 9am, with no chance to postpone it. Despite this, the stay was exceptional and we would definitely come back! I recommend this villa to anyone looking for a retreat of luxury and absolute peace. P.S. All the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with was super friendly and accommodating; special mention for Cosmo, for his courtesy and kindness!

Great accommodation, in the middle of the countryside, quiet although close to the village and the beach. Rustic charm, but it's all working.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent location for those who want to relax in the midst of nature, away from the hectic city life. The sea is 20 minutes away by car, accessible via roads with ZERO traffic. Very kind owners offer a great welcome and availability for any type of clarification. Recommended.

What a fabulous place - if you want to escape from it all, this is the place to come! Love the private pool too! Air conditioning in the bedroom was very good and appreciated. Olga and Max were very accommodating and answered questions very quickly. Maybe consider installing a BBQ outside the house otherwise could not fault it and we cannot wait to return!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

We spent a week at Villa Luna and had a great time. The place is an oasis of peace in the middle of nature and the view from the garden is priceless. The house is simple, spacious and nothing is missing and the walking access to the beautiful Cala del Gesso is very comfortable. Both Isabella and Fiorella were very kind and helpful, we hope to come back in the future!

This place was magical. I fell asleep every night listening to the waterfall in the ravine. Town was a fairytale spot. I never got tired of exploring the beautiful, twisting old streets. Property was just as promised. Rikke went so far above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even arranging a money saving ride to the train station for me. Great experience!

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Great holiday home with beautiful views over the Tuscan hills. No less than 3 spacious bedrooms with great beds. A nice covered terrace with the same beautiful view where you can have delicious breakfast or dinner. The private swimming pool is of course also fantastic, our children enjoyed this. Gabriele is a very friendly proactive host who sent all nice tips and useful info in advance and awakened our self upon arrival. Despite the slightly inclement weather during the week we were there, there is plenty to do and visit in the area, when the weather is nice you can also go to the coast. I would highly recommend this stay and hope to come back someday!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Wonderful stay at an authentic Tuscan farmhouse! We found exactly what we were looking for: a classic old farmhouse that perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Tuscany. The spacious garden and peaceful surroundings allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail – perfect for winding down after a long day. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Communication with David was excellent and straightforward. Hopefully, this won't be our last stay here!

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . Margherita is very welcoming, good tips for the must-sees of the region, we had a very pleasant stay, comfortable bedding, spacious and well arranged house, a splendid swimming pool with views (about 20m long), lots of sunbed, air conditioning everywhere. So yes, the dirt road to get there may seem long sometimes but that's the price of tranquility. Only downside, the risk of having noisy neighbors on the lower or upper floor (which we had for 3 days).

The place is beautiful and we had a great time. It was difficult to leave. The snooker table, pizza oven and pool were big hits for us. The location feels remote, like you're a bit deep in the mountains, very peaceful, but you're really only about 10 minutes from Arcidosso and grocery store. We didn't realize how close we were to Mt Amiata, which offers great views and hiking trails, and also mountain biking activities! We rented bikes one day, it was fun! Ernesta was super nice and helpful, always answered quickly. It was a bit tricky to find our way initially, as the road you have to take is not marked all the way in Airbnb or Google Maps. When we were confused on the final turn, we asked the locals and they pointed us the right way, then we found Ernesta waiting for us.

Very nice and quiet place to stay, perfect for families. The pool was great, the house large enough for 4 adults + toddler, everything very clean, very well equipped kitchen. The pizzeria in the village is very good, the other larger places are a bit far away. All in all, a beautiful place to stay
