One bedroom, ground floor of our villino on the bay of small village Pozzarello. independent entrance with some shared outside areas. on the BEACH but on the road too, so do expect some car noise in season, access the beach by a private underpass in 30 seconds- never needing to cross the road great for family. Lovely & cool in summer with aircon. fenced in outdoor space. Parking included and right outside the house gate. Park and then walk or bike for the rest of your stay in the area.

The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) of a building near the port and close to all amenities; it is airy and comfortable, suitable for very short stays but also extended ones. It's a good place to start to reach every part of the country on foot, even some beaches. Very close to the boarding point for the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. We offer our guests the possibility to park for 5 euros per day in the large public parking lot a stone's throw from the apartment

The building is located less than a 10-minute walk from the Port, the Navigator's waterfront and all commercial activities, in the quiet and peaceful area of Pispino, for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The apartment is on the first and second floor of an old villa located on the slopes of a hill and which is about thirty meters as the crow flies from the sea. Under the villa there is the only free beach in the village; pebble beach, deep waters, very clear and clean. Since there are no stairs that come directly from the house to this beach, to reach it you have to walk about eighty meters, go down a few steps and go back for another fifty meters.
