Leiligheten var perfekt for fire voksne personer. Flott beliggenhet, velutstyrt, moderne og fin leilighet. Pent og rent med veldig gode senger. Hyggelig vert som kom med gode og nyttige lokale anbefalinger. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Edoardo und seine Familie sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt, wobei aber auch die Busverbindung gut ist (Linie g1 Richtung "Aurelia Antica"). Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Das Bett ist sehr gut, die Schränke bieten viel Platz. Für uns war die Lage optimal, da wir uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen hatten, um Radausflüge in der Gegend zu unternehmen. Der Radweg nach Marina di Alberese und Marina di Grosseto beginnt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenfalls sehr praktisch der große Coop Supermarkt im "Aurelia Antica" - hier bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Angenehm auch der Balkon mit Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer, die Außenküche haben wir gar nicht benutzt. Die Aussicht auf Umspannwerk und Abschleppdienst sowie Parkplatz ist allerdings kein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Beatrice ed il marito Alessandro sono stati ospitali e super gentili nel farci fare un check-in anticipato. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre famiglie con due bambini ciascuna...dai 5 anni ai 3 mesi! Non potevamo scegliere posto migliore per la comodità di avere la spiaggia letteralmente a 20 metri da casa. Spiaggia libera bellissima e acqua divina, in mezzo a due stabilimenti balneari. Camere da letto enormi. Il posto esterno con i bambini è stato utilissimo. Qualche utensile in cucina da aggiungere (pela verdure -centrifuga per insalata) ma in generale ben fornita. Host prontissima a darci info su locali in zona, reattivi e family friendly! Grazie da tutti noi!

Wir waren 12 Tage im App. "Olivenbaumhaus" ! Wegen technischer Probleme im Tangerine Tree House hat uns Lyza das im gleichen Haus befindliche größere App. zum gleichen Preis überlassen. Das Olivenbaumhaus ist hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lyza hat uns mit vielen Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) und Empfehlungen sehr gut geholfen. Schöne große Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen und die Atmosphäre genossen. Nur die vielen Mücken stören! Sehr gute Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell und einfach in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Parken war sehr gut und einfach möglich. Man kann von hier schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Du für einen längeren Aufenthalt brauchst. Küche und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung (Fenster & Türen) ist mit gutem Moskitoschutz ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum/Küche sind sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Ottimo appartamento gestito da Mauro, che è un host davvero super! La località di Castel'Azzara è immersa nel verde, nella maremma e domina dalla sua altezza le colline circostanti. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti da borghi più turistici, arredato in maniera perfetta e offre tutto quello che serve. Mauro è un proprietario eccellente, prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti e molto cordiale. Stra consigliato!

Tolles sehr modernes, sauberes und frisch renoviertes Appartment. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann alles in Castiglione zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer, wodurch die Wohnung immer schön kühl blieb. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, da es nicht so viel Geschirr, Gewürze oder einen Espressokocher gibt(nur Kapsel Kaffemaschine). Das liegt aber natürlich auch daran, dass das Appartment noch nicht so häufig gebucht würde. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, allerdings hört man trotz geschlossener Fenster noch relativ viel von der Hauptstraße und den Restaurants. Wer aber keinen leichten Schlaf hat, wird das nicht stören. Elsa war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Besonders gefreut haben uns auch ihre Tipps und Empfehlungen zu den Restaurants und Bars. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

La casa era perfetta, pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Il posto molto bello e tranquillo, tutte le persone molto cordiali. Molto gentili a darci gli sconti per il parco e per i parcheggi in spiaggia. Abbiamo amato i cani e il gatto che ci venivano a salutare la mattina e la sera al nostro rientro. A 2 minuti di macchina dal centro di Alberese, da cui partono tutti i sentieri per esplorare il parco della Maremma.

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

Magnifique appartement dans une propriété incroyable. Plein d’animaux adorable et Silvia et Alessandro sont deux personnes très sympathiques, à l’écoute, drôles et discrets. Toujours prêts à donner un bon conseil sur les environs, les restaurants. Les gens du village sont très amicaux et accueillants aussi. J’aurais tant aimé rester bien plus longtemps!

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Sehr großes Esszimmer und zwei Bäder. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Das Bett ist bequem und es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Man braucht schon ein Auto um gut durch Grosseto zu kommen aber es lohnt sich! Der einzige Nachteil ist dass auf dem Nachbargrundstück ein ziemlich großer Hund wohnt. Die Nachbarn sind aber nette Leute und sind sehr Rücksichtsvoll gewesen. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen!!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt ruhig und die Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die gesamte Gegend ist landschaftlich sehr schön. Consuelo ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefüht und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Una meravigliosa esperienza nel mezzo della maremma, Edoardo super cordiale e generoso soprattutto disponibile, senza nulla togliere al cordialissimo cagnolino guardiano di casa Bacco (e i suoi due fratellini), sicuramente un esperienza da ripetere.

Guilia’s apartment is an absolute gem in a beautiful location. We had a comfortable stay and were able to make the most of the kitchen and the outdoor bbq, as well as enjoy the fantastic swimming pool. The location is so peaceful with gorgeous scenic views of the surrounding countryside, and there is lot’s to explore in the area including the hot springs and some brilliant location restaurants. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Soggiornare da Piero è stata una fantastica esperienza, lui e sua moglie sono stati estremamente disponibili e attenti ai nostri bisogni. Ci hanno accolto con alcuni prodotti per colazione e la casa era fornita di prodotti basici quali sale caffè zucchero etc..Ottimi i consigli sui ristoranti. Gli spazi esterni adeguati e ampi con ogni fornitura possibile, gli interni freschi e con zanzariere sulle finestre. Di fronte a casa c’è una azienda vinicola con ottimo vino e negozietto con anche prodotti freschi e basici. Consigliamo assolutamente di venire a soggiornare qui, speriamo di poter tornare.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Laura e Alberto sono due persone estremamente gentili e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno accolto benissimo preparandoci pane e marmellata fatti in casa. Il giorno dopo l’arrivo hanno preparato una pasta tipica toscana che ci hanno gentilmente offerto. Sempre pronti a consigliare posti da visitare. Anche Amelie è stata una parte fondamentale del nostro soggiorno🐶 Consiglio a chi vuole rilassarsi e visitare una parte della Toscana.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in una delle casette del granaio. La struttura è immersa nella campagna della Maremma dove regnano la pace e i suoni della natura. A pochi minuti di distanza negozi di verdura, prodotti tipici e supermercati. Le spiaggia vicine sono comodamente raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto e adatte alle famiglie. Gli host ci hanno consigliato spiagge, ristoranti e attività da fare nei pressi della struttura. La casetta è arredata semplicemente ma tutto è perfettamente funzionante e funzionale, il giardinetto di cui dispone ogni appartamento è delizioso, fresco e pieno di fiori. Per noi è stata una soluzione ideale per poter esplorare la zona e avere la privacy e la tranquillità che cercavamo per le nostre vacanze.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super, der Pool war immer leer und die Nachbarn mega nett, wir können es sehr empfehlen! Die Strände in der Nähe sind super schön auch im Juli/ August recht leer. Vielen Dank!

Daniele et Janna sont des hôtes accueillants, chaleureux et sympathiques. Ils sont très attentionnés car ils nous ont offert des fruits, legumes et oeufs de leur production. Ils sont respectueux de l'intimité de leurs invités et sont de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants. Le logement correspond à la description faire par Daniele. Il est parfait pour un couple, bien entretenu, propre et bien équipé. Les deux terrasses sont plus qu'appreciables et offrent une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante. L'emplacement est idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la campagne du Latium. La propriété est incroyable et a différents points de détente aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine volcanique est l'équipement qui fait vraiment la différence. Elle est juste EXTRAORDINAIRE !! Si vous craignez les chiens comme moi, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance. Ils sont très bien éduqués et adorables. En bref, "la dolce vita si trova a casa Daniele e Janna !!"
