The sleeping area accommodates up to 5 people with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating. Rooms are equipped with fans and large wardrobes. The house has central heating, dishwashers, washing machine and Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) of a building near the port and close to all amenities; it is airy and comfortable, suitable for very short stays but also extended ones. It's a good place to start to reach every part of the country on foot, even some beaches. Very close to the boarding point for the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. We offer our guests the possibility to park for 5 euros per day in the large public parking lot a stone's throw from the apartment

The building is located less than a 10-minute walk from the Port, the Navigator's waterfront and all commercial activities, in the quiet and peaceful area of Pispino, for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Nearby there is a comfortable supermarket with local produce, communal pool and Tennis Club.

The apartment is on the first and second floor of an old villa located on the slopes of a hill and which is about thirty meters as the crow flies from the sea. Under the villa there is the only free beach in the village; pebble beach, deep waters, very clear and clean. Since there are no stairs that come directly from the house to this beach, to reach it you have to walk about eighty meters, go down a few steps and go back for another fifty meters.
