By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. L'appartamento si trova al primo e secondo piano di una antica villa situata alle pendici di una collina e che dista dal mare una trentina di metri in linea d’aria. Sotto la villa c’è l’unica spiaggia libera del paese; Spiaggia di sassi, acque profonde, limpidissime e pulite. Non essendoci scale che dalla casa arrivano direttamente a questa spiaggia, per raggiungerla bisogna percorrere un’ottantina di metri, scendere qualche gradino e tornare indietro per altri cinquanta metri.

La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

I tre mari è la sistemazione ideale per una coppia di innamorati in cerca di pace e tranquillità. Situata nel cuore del monte argentario con una vista stupenda sul mare, può essere un punto di partenza per molti sentieri da trekking o per raggiungere tutte le calette dell’Argentario. A soli 2km dal mare, la strada per arrivare è tortuosa e in parte sterrata. Non è un posto per tutti!
