Apartment holiday rentals in Porto Santo Stefano

The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

we only stayed 2 nights, but every time we saw the view and the sunset from the terrace... we told ourselves that it is a wonderful fortune to live there. we were welcomed by Eva with genuine and spontaneous friendliness. a very quiet town that offers a lot of tranquility, immersed in the typical landscape of the area, with the sea within sight! the house is a gem but the bathroom wins over everything! thank you for the opportunity and hospitality see you next time! all

Beatrice's house is very hospitable and has all the comforts. Very close to the small center of Albinia, some essential activities are within walking distance. Strategically located, in about 15 minutes you can reach Orbetello or Porto Santo Stefano. Having visited in Winter we did not take advantage of the beaches, which turn out to be very close. The house is not equipped with central heating but a heat pump allows you to easily heat the apartment. Beatrice's house is perfect as a base to visit the beautiful towns in the area in all seasons!

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Marisa had a very good spot to host, great parking. Beautiful spacious place, clean and a short walk to the beach. Air conditioning keeps up to the heat and complimentary coffee was appreciated. Quick drive to Porto Santo Stefano for dining and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment behind, with two beds and two bathrooms, equipped with a new kitchen and everything you need in accordance with the description. The situation and parking are also very convenient, allowing you to discover the region easily. We really appreciated the very nice terrace to eat and relax outside, and the large and beautiful garden with direct access to the beach in front of the house. Beautiful apartment in Porto S Stefano, you are practically in the sea. Very central with parking under the house, I ate in the recommended restaurants, right below the house. To return for sure

We stayed as two couples, and it was very convenient because there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The view from the terrace is simply magnificent. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive people who arranged everything for our comfort so that we didn’t lack anything. It was a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return to this apartment again.

Eleonora was an available host, the apartment is in a good location, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We recommend it as a good starting point for visiting Argentario. The main problem remains the parking, an additional cost to consider for the stay and travel (highly recommended parking at the sports field). Shuttles for travel and their drivers are not reliable, except for Giovanni, very punctual and helpful.

Excellent welcome, superb apartment with incredible views that you can't get enough of. Quiet and convenient. Huge sandy beach 15 minutes walk or 5-minute drive. Ideal location for visits to the surroundings (archaeological site, term, etc...). We can only recommend this rental and the host's welcome. We'll definitely come back. Michel

Great experience. We were greeted by Elena who was super kind, clear and responsive to every request for information. The apartment is super cute, with all the comforts, we had a great time. Perhaps a little inconvenient if you move on foot because it is slightly uphill, not exactly central, but just walk a little and in 10 minutes you are at the first supermarket and in the centre. Recommended!

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

Beautiful views, close to the center and peaceful

We spent a weekend in the Scarlino area and Stefano's house was a perfect solution for two families with small children. The center of Scarlino literally starts at the curve on which the house overlooks, and therefore can be reached on foot. The house is comfortable and we had a good time, check-in & out managed remotely and therefore simple and flexible, Stefano is very helpful and available when we had questions to ask (we also met him in person). Thank you for everything!

we loved the appartement, brand new good Kitchen, rain shower and a big outside area. Camilla was very nice and gave us some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. we feeld at home immediately...

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
