Finding a place both close to the sea and in a truly authentic charm place is close to impossible, this was quite lucky forvus given we booked it last minute but litterary only to slup in a warm jaccuzi and enjoy our stay, big thanks from tge heart to Lara!

We loved our stay! The chateau was a beautiful oasis in Perpignan, and the apartment was even better than shown in the listing. It was very spacious for our family of four, had beautiful large bathrooms, and a functional new kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare a meal. Laundry facilities were an added bonus. Thierry was super friendly and informative, and always willing to help. He gave us many tips to make the most of our visit in the area. We would be happy to stay here again.

Impeccable and spacious accommodation 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Lots of useful supplies available (sheet, towel, water purifier, oil, coffee, TV, Netflix etc.)

Will come again any time! Beautiful house with great Spanish charm. Everything you need is there. In the kitchen there was everything, plenty of space to relax, we could not use the pool because it was too cold. But it will certainly be awesome in the summer. It was fun and I would come back any time. The location is excellent, restaurants, bars and also a small supermarket (bread, everything you need) are within walking distance. Sweet little town, highly recommended! We were two adults and one baby, and everything was available here too. We felt very comfortable. Thank you

A fabulous house in a fabulous location, would recommend 100%!!! Collioure is truly a magical place and the house was a wonderful place to stay. The outside space, including large garden and rooftop terrace was truly something special and you won't want to leave! We had a wonderful time during the Fete de Saint Vincent, the view of the fireworks from the rooftop terrace being something truly memorable. François was a great host and always ready to respond quickly to questions. If you are thinking of coming to Collioure I would recommend you stay here - a memorable and magical memories. :)

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

Alex is a wonderful host and the house is brand new and beautiful. It was our first time to Costa Brava, and Port de la Selva felt a bit like an undiscovered gem. Families with young children will love the pool, with its kiddie section. Adults and kids alike will be thrilled with the beautiful views from nearly every window. Thank you Alex!

Very good communication. Montserrat was very responsive throughout the process. She greeted us personally and gave us very clear explanations about everything in the apartment. She was also kind enough to offer us a bottle of wine. The apartment matches the description on the website. Throughout our stay, we were able to park easily in the street... which was very nice. The apartment is clean and well equipped, with plenty of storage. We also enjoyed being able to have breakfast on the small terrace. The beds are not huge (140 cm), but it's fine for a few nights. If we go back to the area, we won't hesitate to stay in the apartment again. This is the third one we've tested in the area, and it's the one we liked best.

A very well located apartment close to the city while being located in a quiet area. The view and the environment are beautiful, the equipment of the apartment and terrace is very very complete. Excellent location of the studio, close to shops and the beach, very well equipped, very convenient private parking. Benoit and Frédérique are very responsive. Small downside, we were unable to lower the roller shutter which would have allowed us to lower the temperature of the studio without having to use the air conditioning. Great stay.

A real little haven of peace with a special mention for the terrace with sea view. An address that we will keep and where we will return with great pleasure. An excellent location particularly for disabled visitors with significant accessibility problems, e.g. spinal injuries. Easily possible to roll down to the beach area and restaurants. I had a vehicle and driver which meant good visits to surrounding locations including up into the Pyrenees. Sad that the French have been busily dumbing-down since my golden memories of 50 or more years ago and this makes it difficult to find good food, for example there is no fresh fish which seems tragic for what is otherwise a beautiful seaside location. Plenty of tourist infrastructure but also plenty of quiet places to retreat (with vehicle). This was my 2nd visit and I will certainly go again. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is super spacious, and very clean. The host is very responsive which allowed us to extend our stay in Saint Cyprien. I recommend it 100%, even for a small family ☺️

We enjoyed our stay in Jean Marie's studio. Beautiful terrace with bay views. Appreciable parking space. The city centre is close to the accommodation, and communication with the host is perfect.

Great rental. Everything was perfect. The view from the terrace was splendid and we used it for a lot of our meals. I highly recommend it.
