Pedestrian street, very quiet, 100 m from the beach, close to shops and artists' galleries. Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

This 100 sqm house is nicely decorated, bright and calm, with all necessary appliances. From the terrace, you can gaze out at the harbour, the sea and the mountains. The parents' room is spacious (25 sqm) and enjoys an even more stuning view. It has a piano and a desk. The localization of the house is perfect with a 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and stores, train and bus stations to get to the cities around, including Barcelona. A parking spot is available, which is great on summer.

Ideally located 2 minutes' walk from the port of Port-Vendres, 5 minutes' drive from Collioure and 10 minutes from Banyuls-sur-Mer, this townhouse was totally renovated in early 2021. Fully equipped, this house has 3 real bedrooms (bedroom 1 with sink and built-in shower, bedroom2 with a double bed and dressing room, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds), a large living/kitchen of more than 30 m², two toilets and two exteriors: a terrace on the street side and a magnificent 25m² patio in the back.

Du 3 juillet au 1 septembre arrivées et départs le samedi ! Bienvenue dans notre charmante MAISON DIVISÉE EN 2 APPARTEMENTS climatisés. L'appartement du premier étage ouvre sur une terrasse avec une magnifique vue port et mer ! Très lumineux, il reste frais en été. L'appartement du second étage dispose de deux chambres, d'une salle de bain, d'une cuisine ouverte, d'un salon ouvrant sur une grande terrasse sur jardin. Nous sommes aussi présents sur le bon coin.
