Domaine Castell de Blés - Gîte "Les Albères"

Castell de Blés Domain is a former 19th century wine estate with magnificent views of the Canigou. Situated 2km from the village of Saint-Génis-des-Fontaines, 10minutes from the beaches of the Côte Vermeille and at the foot of the Albères mountains. Chambres d'hôtes and gîtes close to Collioure, Perpignan, Le Boulou, Elne and Céret. Very close to Spain also (15 mins). The heated swimming pool is open from May to the end of October, depending on the weather. It has a jaccuzi-type bubble corner.

My accommodation is a holiday home, close to the exceptional view of the Salses lagoon. The beach is about 500 m away. For sailing enthusiasts, there are only a few dozen metres to cover. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. The swimming pool may sometimes be unavailable due to a prefectural order prohibiting its use. The Eastern Pyrenees are on heightened drought alert
