We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. This level of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. House was spacious and clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay!

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Richard and Annette's property is always amazing! This is the second time we've stayed at Spray Point Cottage and its been perfect. Richard and Annette communicate so easily and quickly, their home is pristine. We can't recommend Spray Point Cottage enough!

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for kids, lots of kids toys, huge house, it just seemed to go on and on 😊 lots of bathrooms. Lots of toilets, separate living areas. The view is fantastic marsh, birds, lovely and warm. Well stocked and fitted out. Close to town.

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Perfect one bedroom access to full house but just what was needed for me as I was only really sleeping there… clean and tidy and walking distance to beach and shops

The house had everything we needed for two couples. Very clean, comfortable and a relaxing place to stay. Location is pretty good. In a quiet area and only a ten minute walk down to the main shopping area, Very easy to check-in with the door code and a basket of goodies was waiting for us. The weather was cold and wet during our stay but the house warmed up quickly with the heater. We came for the National Celtic Festival over the King's Birthday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather.
