By the Seaside Treetop Studio is a full suite, (38sqm) with its own wet bar and full bathroom with a spabath. The location is 200 mts to Fishermans Beach and 900 mts Main St. There is a balcony overlooking the bay. Treetop Studio has its own entrance, and is located on a 1st floor. Please note, check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, earlier check in/late check out in is available for a fee. All linen is subject to an extra cleaning fee for make-up and self tanning stains.

It is located just a short stroll from Lygon St and close to cafes, shops, and public transport. As the room is located above a pub and on the city fringe, there may be some noise at night, please keep this in mind when booking.
