Loft holiday rentals in Port Phillip

My partner and I spent ten days in Carolyn's apartment and really loved it. The other reviews say it all - the space is quite ingeniously set up, so that even though it's a relatively small apartment, it has distinct spaces for working, sleeping, chilling etc. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed down to an umbrella. Perhaps most touchingly, it's been decorated and set up with a real sense of personality - the best kind of AirBnB. Thank you for having us Carolyn!

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the action, just off Chapel Street in Melbourne's most vibrant neighbourhood. Very convenient for tram routes to the city centre and Richmond. Very safe and secure. Excellent hostess.

Great host with easy communicatio. smaller apartment than expected but everything in pristine condition with nice linen and amenities. cannot beat this location and easy check in to top it off cheers

We visited the property for my husband's 40th birthday and were blown away. The beautiful ranch is an animal lovers paradise. We saw kangaroos, bunnies and kookaburras before entering the farm. upon arrival were greeted by Audrey the dog who stayed with us the whole day as our guide. The barn cats were always up for cuddles day and night. The absolutely gorgeous property is a delight to walk around with horses and ponies galloping over inquisitively for a quick stroke. Needless to say were were saying hi to the horses through the day. Leanne and her team did an excellent job of preparing a lovely picnic for us and dinner. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the the logistics which were clean, warm and well maintained. The apartment was right next to the training arena, so wole up to see horses training. The biggest personality at the property was the cuckatoo who talks and dances if you day hi 😁. In the evening we had the spa to ourselves underneath the stars and it was soooo relaxing. We left with our hearts full. The ranch is very close to Emerald which has lovely cafes and excellent coffee at the stick and stones. I wish Avoca Park the best and hope they continue thriving.

We had a very pleasant stay, close to many great eateries and as well as a well stocked kitchen. Would recommend for anyone travelling through Melbourne.

We really enjoyed our stay. We used it as a base to travel to Melbourne which we were able to do from South Geelong Station which was only about 10 minutes drive and had free parking at the station. Near the Loft was a general store, laundromat and restaurants within easy walking distance. It had the normal distant road noises but was fairly quiet location. Unless you like microwave food you cannot cook but we did grab pizza and other foods locally or while we were in Melbourne. As it was just my teen son and myself they made sure there was an extra mattress and bedding which was great. The room has adequate heating or cooling, but kept a nice ambient temperature. What was important for me was that we felt safe and the fact that our car had an off road, carport with roller door access, made it feel all the more secure. (There were no safety issues locally just a personal preference) Would definitely stay there again. Thank you 🙏🌼

We had a great stay at Max’s loft, was perfect for a group of friends. Very spacious and a great location close to the trams. Thank you for having us.

Good accommodation fitted the description well. Little bit pricy for the location bit of a walk to the centre. Overall a good stay.

A great cozy place to stay in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Just exactly like the photos and up to expectations. Simply a walk below and there are no short of great food, restaurants, bars and nearby. The host Lanie is helpful and responsive, highly recommend!

A comfortable and tasteful studio apartment. A unique experience. Very quiet and private. Very close to the beautiful beach and a major traffic thoroughfare. Has a small bathroom which people should be aware of. Host was very attentive even while on holiday in Europe. Great for one to two people. Does also have a single bed.

Jeff was an attentive and proactive host who helped to create a great weekend in Melbourne for our family of six. The apartment has very convenient transport links into the city and beyond, a well stocked and comfortable kitchen and living room and super comfortable beds. We loved the rooftop pool and access to the gym.

Our stay with Antonius was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His house was immaculate and provided the perfect setting for a wonderful family getaway. When we discovered that the pillows in the room weren’t quite right for us, Antonius immediately went above and beyond—he actually went out and bought new pillows to make sure we slept well. This thoughtful gesture made the kids super happy (they still talk about those pillows!), and they adored the entire place. If you’re looking for a host who is attentive, sincere, and truly goes the extra mile, Antonius is the one. We would happily give more than five stars if we could!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, felt very luxurious with great taste in art and furniture. Location was perfect super close to walk to both Fitzroy and Collingwood. Amenities were good including plenty of nice milk and coffee. Bed and pillows soo comfy I’ve noted the brand of mattress. There was a fair bit of construction noise from next door during the day but so peaceful at night. A quintessential Fitzroy stay!
