Holiday rentals with a sauna in Port Phillip

Great apartment in a central location opposite the Spencer Street Train Station, Coles and Outlet stores. The apartment was very clean and had all listed amenities as described. Ali’s communication was extremely responsive and valuable and the onsite included parking was really beneficial.

The location was excellent, room was as advertised and conveniently close to Coles and the South Cross station. All the necessary amenities were provided and met our expectations for a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids.

Such a great place to stay! Host was super helpful with local recommendations. Would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic apartment in a great central location! Spotlessly clean, with great amenities and little conveniences throughout the place. Lovely, modern building with 24h security. There is a tram stop right out front and lots of cafes nearby. Incredibly convenient for the Grand Prix as gate 8 only 500m away! Excellent communication and support from Johnny before our arrival, with no need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. The apartment is actually much nicer than the pictures with a lovely big balcony and lots of natural light. Thank you Johnny for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place for a great Melbourne visit.

As a regular traveller to Melbourne and first time staying at Graces Apartment, it is definitely up there with one of the best places ive stayed at. Apartment was stocked with everything that was needed, was as clean as clean gets, easy access with secure carpark. Amazing communication from Grace, and happily help with any queries and questions i had. The perfect apartment for a nice getaway. Can confidently say that i will be a returning guest , without even thinking twice. HIGHLY recommended A+++++ 👌😁

Liv’s place was perfect, i have stayed in this specific apartment twice and both times have been amazing. The alley way, where it is located can be difficult to find however the location is great. Liv’s communication is fantastic, she answered all my questions with ease and was very friendly. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a local place in the city.

excellent location in Cremore with cafes, restaurants less than 10min walk away. easy access inland out of City. well appointed apartment really good for 2 - 4 people . outside deck with superb views of city . secure carparking a bonus. perfect for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

The attention to detail is incredible, his place had everything you need and is in a super convenient location with public transport, shops and restaurants all in walkable distance. The place was clean and tidy, my boyfriend and I felt right at home. Might need to ask Kelvis to help design our future home 🤣

Claire's place is well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Great views too from the small balcony. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos, and Clair was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment complex has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and climbing wall, which we utilised. Although a little smaller than I'd hoped, with no room for a dining table, I was very pleased with the apartment, and it has a great central location for visiting Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Great location! Apartment has incredible views and great amenities. The pool, sauna, and games room are all fantastic. Kitchen was set up really well, and it was great to have a washing machine & dryer. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but it was still a really nice stay. Showers were great and there was good water pressure and hot water. There are a lot of instructions to follow but all clearly outlined. The key pick up and parking could be a bit confusing but the photos really help.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3-bedroom apartment. The view of the Melbourne city skyline through the big corner windows was amazing. The space had a calm and stylish feel with a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian design. We especially loved the hidden balcony off one of the bedrooms—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The location was great, just across from Queen Victoria Market and in the free tram zone, so it was easy to get around. The owner made the whole process extremely easy, and check-in was simple with the keys just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the building’s great facilities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and secure parking. It really felt like a home away from home. Would happily stay again!

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location in the Melbourne CBD. We were a family of four and the place was loved by all. Could see Melbourne beauty from the comfort of our bed. MCG, Docklands, DFO, lots of food options are all nearby. Our host was very responsive and had provided clear instructions. Would love to visit and stay at the same place again :)

We were there for a birthday the place was clean, tidy and welcoming. It had all of the facilities we would expect. We had a great time with our family and would do it again. The bungalow in particular was a great space for young ones.

Eric's home was perfect for our big group going on a long weekend getaway. The house was very spacious to host our large group with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Eric was always responsive and a pleasure to communicate with!

Our stay was incredible! The house felt so cosy and had everything we needed a gym, BBQ, outdoor fire pit, and the sauna, which was definitely my favourite. Even the ambient lighting added to how relaxing it all felt. We loved it! Highly recommend!!!!

We were in the Yarra Valley for a family wedding. The house was perfect for a group getting ready for a wedding. The bedrooms are large. There are 2 living spaces and 2 outdoor spaces, giving ample seperation so no one felt on top of each other. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The area was very quiet which was perfect for us. The surrounding area is very picturesque and well located for the various functions that we attended. The house was very clean.

This is a beautiful home and was equipped with everything I needed whilst being well-supplied, making for a very comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, close walk to the beach and main beach area. Claire was incredibly responsive and helpful with all my questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Claire and her gorgeous home!

We had a lovely weekend getaway – the place was cosy, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The location is absolutely stunning, with the beach just a short and scenic walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only small downside was that the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, especially considering the price. But aside from that, everything else was great!
