Lovely place to stay in a prime location. The view was great too, being able to see the beach from the property. Close to all the local shops, and the place was a lot larger than anticipated. Thank you for the incredible stay. Will definitely return.

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

Lovely little place to spend a few days. The area was quiet, the surrounding gardens beautiful and peaceful and the accommodation comfortable. The place had all the amenties needed as well as a few little extras to make the stay special. John provided ample information and suggestions on information sheets and brochures with ideas to explore the area. We didn't meet John until the day we were leaving so the place was very private too. We would visit again if we are in the area in the future :)

Neil & Carolinas place was a cozy little hideaway. Super clean and tidy. Easy to find and access. Will be back!

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

Wow, this was a magical experience. Loretta was so nice and kind to us and easy to deal with. We stayed at paradise the views were 10x better than photos just breathless. You can tell Loretta goes to a lot of effort to make you feel happy, the beautiful delicious bread! The eggs that were fresh, the breakfast assortments the dressing gowns etc. We cannot recommend this stay enough!!!!! Definitely worth going to and having a beautiful relaxing unwind of a weekend :) we have kids and grandkids so was amazing to just have some r and r ! Have already recommended to friends and we will hopefully be back :)

This place was a fantastic find—beautiful, spotless, and a pleasure to stay in. After a long bike ride, it felt truly luxurious to settle in and unwind. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Watching the sunrise from the balcony over the water was a real highlight. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’d gladly stay again.

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Great location and only minutes walk to shops, cafes and amenities like the park which hosts various markets and events. Loved the private shady covered courtyard which worked well on hot and rainy days and unit had everything you would need for a family break. Beach was a pleasant 15 min stroll or 2 min drive which is good with kids.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with everything that we needed right at our doorstep. The apartment is very comfortable with pretty much everything that you need. Off-street parking is a bonus! Thanks for having us and it will be our go-to place next time we visit Geelong.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. Dan & Paul’s stay is a cozy, very well located and they are always very responsive on messages. Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!
