Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *Winter 2026 is byo towels & linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Our dugout is located in a secure, quiet location with ample caravan/trailer parking. Walking distance to the Big Winch 360, Italo club, Drive In Theatre, tourist fun & Opal noodling areas. Inside has a kitchenette and outside has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, open fireplace and dining area.The dugout has a spacious feel with high ceilings & offers an open living area with a king size bed and bath. A luxurious place to rest after exploring our town. There are stairs. Pets are not welcome.

Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.
