Beach House - A Perfect Sea View

We are happy to offer a private one bedroom apartment opposite the Point Lonsdale Front beach. Overlooking the bay, Port Phillip Bay heads and the shipping channels, the apartment is 10 years with modern fittings. The Apartment Fully self contained with a small kitchen, large dinning/ lounge area and private bed room with a comfortable queen bed. It has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the water. Ideally sleeps 2 but can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two single divans in the lounge dining area. Across from the property is a safe swimming beach and within a short walk is the surf beach. Location Easy access to the village shopping centre ( 5 min walk) whereby you can access a supermarket, chemist and cafe's. Public transport is located in the village centre (bus services into Geelong). It is an Ideal for base to visit the surrounding areas have to offer- the Great ocean road, Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. Point Lonsdale is located 1 and half hours drive from Melbourne or easy access from the Geelong train station via bus (30 min). Avalon airport is 45 min away with a shuttle bus service to Point Lonsdale. Please confirm for availability before making a reservation request as we do rent it out thru other outlets. Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *Winter 2026 is byo towels & linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

Our dugout is located in a secure, quiet location with ample caravan/trailer parking. Walking distance to the Big Winch 360, Italo club, Drive In Theatre, tourist fun & Opal noodling areas. Inside has a kitchenette and outside has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, open fireplace and dining area.The dugout has a spacious feel with high ceilings & offers an open living area with a king size bed and bath. A luxurious place to rest after exploring our town. There are stairs. Pets are not welcome.
