I had an amazing experience in this flat! The location is excellent, close to everything and super practical for everyday life. The apartment was impeccably clean, as were the common areas of the condominium, all very well cared for. Marly was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return at the next opportunity!

I have nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. What I needed, ordered, and was promptly resolved. The co-host was very flexible when checking in, understood my situation and left the key available at dawn, as my flight arrived too early. The apartment is great: very comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and the super-equipped kitchen with everything I needed. I recommend it!

Accommodation was exceptional. The host helped me a lot by allowing me to put my car in another space because I own luggage compartment and would not enter the main garage. In addition, it always responded quickly and kindly.

Amanda's communication was perfect from first contact( attentive all the time ) the wonderful place, close to everything ( bakeries , pharmacies , supermarkets,gallery etc .). Super peaceful and family-friendly. The 5-star accommodation ( better than the photos ) is quite detailed and the apartment impeccable. Felipe is a good host, very concerned about his customers, he was always ready to respond and help. The only reservation is regarding the bed linen cleaning company, despite the maid being very kind, the bed linen was stained and the polyester towel does not dry anything. Everything was changed at Felipe's request, which pleased me. The only bad thing is the position of the toilet. At 1.82m tall, I couldn't use the toilet in the correct position, I always had to use it sideways.

The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach by walking 2 minutes. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

Mr Giovani and his wife Clara are exceptional hosts. Extremely polite and kind. We felt at home. The property met our expectations... we wanted a large and cozy place to reunite our family and the lodging delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No caveats!

The amazing place, extremely organized and clean, has everything, kitchen utensils with glasses of wine and everything, games available, comfortable beds and perfect air conditioning, the condominium is complete with a location that has everything close by, not to mention the pool area, bar and restaurant. I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

We went for the second time, and everything was great, nothing to complain about, we enjoyed the stay a lot. It was very pleasant!

My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!
