I have used the platform for years, for several Brazilian states and this was without doubt the best accommodation we have ever been in. We were in 9 people and everyone loved it. The house is much more beautiful that you see in the photos, and many details that are not in the photos surprised us positively. I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Ana is an excellent host. It always responded quickly and very cordially. I loved the stay, the location, the apartment is exactly the same as in the pictures, I hope to return soon.
