Very good location, apartment organization and Amélia was very helpful, great stay!

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

My stay at Débora's apartment was excellent! From the beginning, communication was impeccable, Deborah and Dayanne were always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, super well located, in front of the beach and close to everything! I travelled alone and found a fully equipped space, with everything I needed: beach chairs, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, mixer, popcorn maker, couscous maker, coffee maker… in short, everything designed to provide comfort and practicality. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I went with My Family and we loved. O Flat, the Location of to walk to various places. I just don't indicate for couple with pet. For in the condominium the dog does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, so as not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns to the swimming pool and other areas. But if you're a group like me, you can take turns and everyone has a good time. We enjoyed it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

We really like it... The apt is good, airy, suitable, very well located, close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, all clean and organized. The very helpful host Laerte, always attentive, responds quickly. The beach is quiet, good for bathing and leisure, and the apto offers beach equipment: umbrella and beach chairs. Prédio does not have a 24h concierge and apt only offered 1 copy of the keys, which somewhat restricted the mobility of the group. Overall, our family loved the stay, recommend it, and we'll be back again.

The location couldn't be better — in the best part of Cabo Branco Beach, in a beachfront building with an incredible rooftop, perfect for enjoying an unforgettable sunrise. We loved the place. Extremely cozy, clean and very fragrant apartment. Soft towels, clean and fragrant bed linen. Everything was impeccable and well decorated. The wonderful view, super ventilated. Very quiet building. The pool was clean. I went with the family because my daughter got married on Saturday. We took a lot of photos there and they were beautiful. Camila is wonderful, she attended to us promptly. In João Pessoa, there is no better place to stay. I recommend it without a doubt.

A beautiful, fragrant, clean, airy apartment, super well located. Brunna is super attentive. Everything is perfect. We have investments in Intermares and we will return more often to monitor the progress of the works. And, of course, we'll be staying with Rosarita again.

The place was exactly as it was in the picture, everything clean and organized. Close to everything, and the beach behind was wonderful!!! We used the gym and served us very well, as well as the pool area! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful!! Our observations are that there was no hanger to hang wet clothes (It is worth using the OMO laundry, simply perfect).

Simply amazing! I went to see the place and ended up completely enchanted. The apartment is super complete and we literally felt at home. The region is calm, perfect for resting, and the people are extremely receptive and attentive. I will definitely be back! The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and having a water filter was a big plus for me — I don't like bottled water, so that made all the difference. The washing machine is also an incredible bonus. You can book without fear: you will fall in love with the place! Ideal for relaxing and recharging, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Leandro's apartment is great! The place is exactly like those in the photos. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, equipped with the necessary for a good stay. The condominium has an excellent infrastructure with large pools, game rooms, movie room, sauna, gym.... With regard to Leandro, always very available and attentive. I will return whenever I can.

We stayed 5 days at the flat. Excellent accommodation, fitted kitchen, great size. Very comfortable, above expectation. We will definitely be back. The Regina host was extremely helpful and very kind. We went with our car, which is not small and we were given a parking space with no problem. I and my wife love it! I highly recommend it.
