The apartment is great, very spacious, clean and comfortable, close to a supermarket, next to Liv shopping centre and close to Mag shopping centre, a pharmacy on the corner, close to everything. We love everything, thank you Milena 🥰

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

The stay was very good and quiet. Romualdo was very helpful and always responded quickly. We learned at the last minute that the pool was under maintenance and it was the only disadvantage, otherwise it was excellent!

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 days, there were 4 of us who went to an Engineering congress in the region, the accommodation comfortably accommodated the 4 people, having two nice rooms, with air conditioning working very well, a balcony that facilitated ventilation in the apartment and consequently the drying of clothes. In general, I rate the space as very positive, great value for money, well located a few meters from the beach, a few meters from the center of Tambaú, I would definitely come back again! Apart from that, the host was flexible about check-in, as well as responding quickly to messages sent!

About Luxor: Great location, close to restaurants, local shops, and of course, close to the beach. The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. We rented only one night, which is quite difficult in some apartments to rent for a night, so for this reason it is already a positive review, we had a great rest, a quiet night, no noises, comfortable beds, small apartment, but we were in 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable.
