Beautiful apartment, facing the sea, right on the sand, with three en-suites and a small office with a toilet. Huge rooms and a beautiful, large balcony. A spotless kitchen with everything you need. The beloved Paraíso do Atlântico has a mini market, study room, spa, sauna, ice machine, barbecues, pizza oven and much more. The leisure area is amazing and faces the sea. All the rules of the condominium must be complied with, as the tenant will be fined for non-compliance.
