10/10 🌟 hospitality! 🌟 We want to give a very special thank you to Leonardo and Mr. Paulo (caretaker) for the incredible reception and availability during our stay! From the first contact, they made themselves available to us and there was not a single time when we asked for help or information and we were not promptly attended to. Our flight was delayed (we arrived 2 hours late!) and, when it was time to pick up the car, Leonardo left us super relaxed about the arrival time at the apartment. Even though we arrived at 3 a.m. in the middle of a rainstorm, he was there waiting for us! He spared no effort to help us with our bags, ensuring that everything was smooth. The place? Simply wonderful! Extremely quiet, clean, organized and very well maintained, with super nice ventilation. The pool is clean and the location is perfect. In short, the experience was much higher than expected! We recommend it for sure!

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

It was a pleasure to be in the place. Anphritrian Jaqueline is extremely fast on the return of messages. Very new and excellent quality apartment. Iron , hairdryer for women, filter, coffee maker, sandwich maker, beach chairs, cooler, etc. In addition to an excellent penthouse with pool and sea view, I intend to return for sure

The apartment is gorgeous, clean and well decorated. Bed and bath linens are fragrant; kitchen utensils in perfect condition. The tb building is clean and familiar. Excellent Academy and the sunrise view is surreal ❤️

New building and very well located in front of the beach and there is a block from the Mag mall, it offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, coworking and laundry. Well-equipped and furnished apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. Because it is a side apartment and has a building right next to it, it does not have much privacy and does not receive sunlight.

Beautiful apartment with perfect location! Our stay at *Petit Noir Apartment*in João Pessoa was simply fantastic! From start to finish, everything worked perfectly, and we felt like at home. The apartment is stylishly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you might need (kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fast WiFi). The name *Petit Noir* fits perfectly: simple but with charm. Especially the balcony was great for relaxed evenings. Everything was sparkling clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and high quality. Perfectly located- In a quiet area but still close to restaurants, cafes and the beach. Supermarkets are also nearby. The host was super friendly and helpful. Good tips for excursions and always available. Check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back. 🤩

excellent cost-benefit, the house is airy, the host was kind, polite and very proactive, we had a small problem that was resolved quickly. Guilherme allowed you to leave your bags after checkout, which made it possible to use the day in João Pessoa. The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families looking for a more private space. The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

The rent went to my parents, they loved the stay and will definitely be back.
