Monthly Rentals in Polzeath Beach

This was a great place to stay as a couple for the weekend. It is actually nicer looking than in the photos and is a small, one room extension built off a house. It’s a quick walk (5mins) to the Polzeath high street and beach. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and residential. As someone else mentioned it’s small so don’t bring a lot of luggage but for us it was perfect!

Just had a wonderful week in Westward 14 and Polzeath. Elspeth was wonderful - very responsive and accommodating. The flat is fantastic - exactly as described. Safe off street parking, and the flat has everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) including a Roku box for streaming. The Oystercatcher pub across the road is really nice, as are the numerous places to eat at the bottom of the hill. The beach at low tide is vast and lots to explore, and the surf is pretty good as well. We loved both walks (the left walk towards Rock; the right towards Pentire Point). And of course it’s pretty quick to get to the A39 as well. Westward 14 is our new fav place in Cornwall and we hope to be back one day.

Just spent a long Easter break at Beth’s lovely lodge, neatly tucked away within a few paces of fabulous & bustling Polzeath beach with all its’ amenities. Enjoyed fabulous coastal walks & local activities, including fitness classes & sauna right next door ! So nice not to use the car! The accommodation was just perfect for us …..spotlessly clean, modern, spacious & comfortable with everything we needed. Absolutely no problems at all! I was particularly impressed that the main bedroom was en-suite with a very useful dressing room. Thank you Beth & also for your local recommendations which were excellent! We’ll be back!!

Small but perfectly formed! Simon and Kay have turned a humble mobile home into a little slice of beachside paradise. The location is just perfect for families wanting easy access to Polzeath. The hosts made themselves fully available to help with any advice or issues which was greatly appreciated. They have clearly poured so much love into that little place and it’s unbelievably well equipped for such a small space. The thoughtful treats for the whole family were such a nice touch. Now if only they could have perfected the Cornish weather for us 🤣 Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.
