The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Luxury interior, mini kitchen ( no oven), ensuite bathroom ( yes, inside the Hut!), wood burning stove, and comfy double bed . Private outside area, with a BBQ ( charcoal NOT supplied), and storage shed .

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up!
