The cottage is situated in a beautiful rural area, midway between Looe and the picturesque fishing village of Polperro. It’s only 350m to the coastal path and lovely Talland Bay with its 2 beaches and rock pools. Dining out options include a fine restaurant at Talland Bay Hotel, a stones throw from the lodge, and 2 good cafes in the bay. Small/med dog £10pn.

The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.
