We stayed with 6 adults, a three-year-old and a 4-month-old baby. Warm welcome. Spacious house as described. Tree garden. Both beaches are nearby and you can walk there very easily in a few minutes. Comfortable bedding. The two terraces are really a plus to have your meals outdoors or relax in peace. We recommend it unreservedly.

The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

We spent 4 pleasant days in this studio for the Easter holiday. Quiet environment for this start of the season. Too bad we can't access a beach at the end of the driveway which is finally a dead end. Pleasant terrace and functional and well decorated accommodation. We thank the host for this stay.

Very nice apartment: very nice sea view on 2 sides (from the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedrooms) Quiet neighborhood and about 20 minutes from the center of La Rochelle on foot by a pleasant path. Possibility also to take bicycles at the city terminals about 5 minutes walking away from the apartment. Very nice stay for us with beautiful weather!
