The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Apartments on Kirchplatz Type B Superior/95m²

This newly built 95m² apartment with beautiful terrace is centrally located in the heart of the Stubaital. Various restaurants, shops as well as train station and bus stop are a few minutes' walk from the house. We offer free WIFI use and an elevator. You can park the car in the in-house garage during the stay. For guests who want to arrive by electric car, 2 electric charging stations are available in the immediate vicinity (50m).
