Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Ideally located in the center of a town in the Saint-Malo region (town center = cars, we prefer to remind people who are used to no noise) 6 minutes from Saint-Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale, on the road to Mont-Saint-Michel and at the center of many beaches. You will have access to all amenities on foot. A code will be given to you to save you any time constraints.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Located in the town center of the municipality of Plerguer, near Saint Malo, with all the shops. The apartment is brand new, created in an old red brick building. It's on the second floor. It is located close to the coast and the tourist towns of Saint Malo, Dol de Bretagne and Dinard.
