Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

Leon's House

We are offering for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming longère renovated in 2024. With an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels provided: drop your bags! Ideally located 15min from St Malo and 35min from Mont Saint Michel, close to 2x2 lanes. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse pensions or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (walks, classes...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Be careful, linens and towels are extra!

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.
