Everything was perfect! The ideal location, in the countryside and 2 minutes walk from the village. The house is very convenient, well equipped and warm, great garden! Christophe gave us some good addresses!! I highly recommend it.

Very nice house. Unfortunately many bedroom doors did not close. Which is not practical. The second-floor bedroom has no roller shutter and the windows easily let in the noise of cars. The accommodation would have been perfect if we hadn't had a small child for whom it is difficult to fall asleep with noise and light. However, it is very well suited for older children and adults. The toilets on the first floor have a door that does not close, which is complicated in some situations. The big positive point, the exterior, very pleasant. Many games for children, a petanque court, a plancha, a sheltered place to eat as well as outside. Ophélie is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this home.

The place is exactly what we expected. The decoration is neat. The jacuzzi is really enjoyable after a good day of walking. Jean Marie and his wife were very responsive and recommended places to us thanks to their little guide. a little attention on our arrival that was appreciated.

Binic is our 2nd home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Les Rosaires beach from 28 May to 1 June 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of walking or mountain biking. Be warned, however, you have to be quite sporty!(Have cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it. Accommodation in a very quiet , clean and functional environment, close to Guingamp and all amenities , I would recommend it.

The accommodation is very cozy, very well located with all the necessary amenities, it is very functional. The two bikes are a real plus. We were able to do the coast in one day and the GR the next day because the trail is right in front. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is impeccably clean a few steps from the beach with fine sand ideal for children. It is well located in front of the sea. The owner was kind enough to greet us on arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.

The only small downside is that the shower cubicle is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.
