Quiet place and very secure

The space is super quiet, comfortable, you have your privacy and the best thing is the pool, I only went for a couple of days but everything was great !!! The service at all times, was very attentive to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

The house is large and each room with en suite bathroom. Well maintained property with everything working and in great condition. Very private pool/outdoor area that feels like you are in your own oasis. But then just 3 minutes walk on a private path and you are in a gorgeous beach with plenty of space to chill an enjoys the ocean. the house is great but Alma, the property manager, made the trip. She kept the house spotless, made us breakfast every day ( and real Mexican style breakfast and cut fruit for us). We just had to go to the grocery store to bring supplies and she prepared everything fresh every morning. Everything was setup for us to enjoy every day. She makes it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort having everything tended to. Playa Car it’s own own separate area with great security… everyone inside has to have a bracelet to get in it be a guest. Cuts on the number of people and crowds… but the house ilia just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. SAFE

Great base in Playa. The apartments were lovely for us as two couples. Judith was very helpful with information. Would recommends to anyone - easy to walk into the main strip of playa and also close to the Ado bus terminal.

Great place! Locally close to 5th Avenue which was great. Clean and accurately described. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

Excellent place to stay, the location is incredible, very close to the beach and 5th Avenue where you have access to different restaurants and shopping. Despite being close to 5th Avenue, the noise from the nightlife was never a problem, so I highly recommend it for a few days of relaxation. The only thing is that if you bring a car, the place does not guarantee a place to park and you have to park on the street paying a parking meter at a certain time.

The construction site was quite noisy in the morning, but since I was already on the road in the morning, it was OK. I have always received very short-term answers to every request. Very nice and courteous manner. This place is highly recommended. The roof terrace with pool is great.

Place exactly as described exactly what we’re looking for. House is there responsive and will help with everything you need. I will definitely be back.

I liked the place where we spent a week. Two security gates to get to the property. It is 10 minutes drive to downton Playa del Carmen. The security people were very polite and helpful all the time. Very quiet and peaceful place. It was as described by Jessica. I really recommend this place. June 2025.

Andres was highly communicative, helpful and responsive. I was missing a couple of items and he was quick to rectify it personally. I've stayed in Ipana many times and lived there for a while some years back. It's the best complex in Playa IMO. I would stay in this unit again for sure. The Sea View is pleasant... if you wake up early enough you get a sunrise. This unit is clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location. Quick walk to 5th ave for shops/restaurants. There's a Chedraui super market right around the corner and a 7-11 right next to the main entrance. the amenities in the building were great. The rooftop bar had cheap beers (35 pesos), and the gym actually has 2 squat racks and a real bench press. Will definitely book here again!

Very good condo, very clean and beautiful view of the city and beach!!

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

This place exceeded all of my expectations. I came here for my bachelor party, with a group of 16 of my best friends. The host/owner, communicated with me months before, facilitated transportation, recommendations, and food. The place is incredibly clean, perfect safe location, beautiful neighborhood, comfortable beds. I wish I could give it more stars, I can’t express enough how perfect this weekend was because of this stay. We will come back. If you’re between places, pick this, you won’t regret staying at Villa Venus!

This was our first Airbnb experience and Stephanie (Fanny) and her team made it a wonderful experience. They were quick to respond for both routine maintenance items and QR codes for visitors in our gated community. For those with kids, I highly recommend the Caribbean Flare Vintage Vibes as there was a gaming console and multiple board games there for them.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay! This was the perfect spot for a family vacation — we had 6 adults and one baby, and the house fit us all so comfortably. It was quiet, peaceful, and just steps from the beach. Honestly, it couldn’t have been better. Bruno, the property manager, went above and beyond for us — helping arrange airport transportation, grocery delivery, and making sure we had everything we needed. He made the whole trip so smooth and easy. The house itself is gorgeous. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, the bedrooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out to give everyone privacy, and the common spaces were perfect for hanging out together. We were able to walk to most places, but getting in and out of the development can be a bit of a hike, so taxis definitely came in handy. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. 100/10 — we will definitely be back! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

This place was wonderful, and exactly as described. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. It is worth getting a Geo coordinate / pin drop for Google maps. The address is something that Google seems to struggle with, or at least it did for us. Thankfully, the host was able to help us find the residence in this way immediately upon request.
