Amazing stay, great location and we loved the quiet, tranquility of the garden. Really nice rooftop with pool, sunbeds and jacuzzi.

An absolutely lovely place to stay. Walking distance to everywhere . Peaceful surroundings and a real feel of Mexico . There is a fabulous Italian restaurant in 2 minutes walk. Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Rene

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, is in a complex with several amenities, beach, a giant pool, jacuzzi, has restaurants. Very good communication and response from the hosts. Both at the entrance and exit were very punctual. The apartment is clean and working well everything we used. Highly recommended 👌

We had a great time at this property, accessible at all times Paulina. The facilities correspond to the images. The beach from my point of view if you carry a car would be better, if it is a little removed and the access is by the beach club.

We love staying on 38th, it is so quaint and so many options for dining and drinks. So close to the beach and 5th AVE. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool and the view from the roof was worth every penny. It was very clean, unlike some of the rooftop pools where we have stayed before.

Antonio & Karina are wonderful people. They met us at the apartment and gave us a run through of everything. They then provided a great list of recommendations and were around whenever we had questions or needed anything. The apartment is perfect, the location is 10/10 with views of the sea and seconds to the popular 5th Street. I loved walking to the beach and then being able to come back easily for a snack. We had a great experience, that was only made better by Antonio and Karina! I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it, and I can't wait to come back!

Firstly, Belen and Feranado are amazing people. They are friendly and very responsive when you have a concern, a question, or whatever you need. The location is great; close to all amenities and the beaches. WIFI worked seamlessly everywhere, the rooftop, and the unit.

A wonderful stay in Playa del Carmen. The apartment was perfect for me and my dog. the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was perfect and the kitchen had all the tools to prepare a meal. I loved the location. It's close enough to walk down to the ferry and to the hustle and bustle but this side of 5th ave was less chaotic but with enough shops and restaurants that you never need to go very far. The pool was perfect and rarely were there people using it. The balcony was shady and peaceful. Most importantly the wifi was good to work every day.

This place is so peaceful and beautiful. The bed was amazing, ac and fan kept us cool in this hot weather, bathroom was cute and had hot water, we felt very safe and walked home from visiting a friend. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect private and far enough from noise but at a walkable and safe distance to the 5th ave and mall. Also direct access to the beach 2 blocks down the street. On top of it , the house is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, anything you may need.

The house is large and each room with en suite bathroom. Well maintained property with everything working and in great condition. Very private pool/outdoor area that feels like you are in your own oasis. But then just 3 minutes walk on a private path and you are in a gorgeous beach with plenty of space to chill an enjoys the ocean. the house is great but Alma, the property manager, made the trip. She kept the house spotless, made us breakfast every day ( and real Mexican style breakfast and cut fruit for us). We just had to go to the grocery store to bring supplies and she prepared everything fresh every morning. Everything was setup for us to enjoy every day. She makes it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort having everything tended to. Playa Car it’s own own separate area with great security… everyone inside has to have a bracelet to get in it be a guest. Cuts on the number of people and crowds… but the house ilia just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. SAFE

We loved our time at the Plantation House! The hosts were great communicators and were able to help with our requests. The apartment was beautiful, from the handcrafted wooden furniture to the outside terrace. They have perfected the details too, from plenty of fans (ac too) beach toys to borrow, to Tupperware for packing a picnic beach lunch— it made for an easy trip. Finally the property is beautiful. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool was a treat. We would certainly stay again.

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. Had a great stay here. Close to the hustle and bustle, place was clean and tidy and beds were compfortable. Will stay again.

Lovely place! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect view for morning coffee! The beach was great, pool was peaceful (no lack of lounge chairs), and easily walkable to restaurants and the grocery store. We loved the filtered water and well-appointed kitchen.

This was a great condo for four people to relax and unwind at the end of the year. It's an excellent location, right on the beach with it's own swimming pool and security folks. All the night life and restaurants of 5th Ave as a short walk away, making this one of the BEST locations in Playa. If there is a downside, its that being so close to the nightlife comes with a little noise. No problem. The front desk couldn't be more helpful and the property owners were very responsive to any requests. I couldn't recommend this condo higher.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay! This was the perfect spot for a family vacation — we had 6 adults and one baby, and the house fit us all so comfortably. It was quiet, peaceful, and just steps from the beach. Honestly, it couldn’t have been better. Bruno, the property manager, went above and beyond for us — helping arrange airport transportation, grocery delivery, and making sure we had everything we needed. He made the whole trip so smooth and easy. The house itself is gorgeous. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, the bedrooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out to give everyone privacy, and the common spaces were perfect for hanging out together. We were able to walk to most places, but getting in and out of the development can be a bit of a hike, so taxis definitely came in handy. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. 100/10 — we will definitely be back! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

The condo had everything we needed to be at our most comfortable during our stay. Beautiful entrance, secure and super friendly security guards at the gate, excellent ambassador to greet us, show us the condo, and who was also very responsive with any questions we had. Beautiful pool in the center courtyard, as well as tennis / pickle ball courts within the property. Short walk through the jungle and Fase 1 to get to the best beaches in Playa del Carmen. Recommend!

Excellent locations, host, concierge, and place! All around I have enjoyed staying here before the second floor upgrade and now post upgrade it’s was amazing before and amazing now!!! Highly recommend!
