House with a private pool/ Playacar 2 min to the beach

Located in the best and most downtown area of the beach. A very spacious and comfortable house that also has a private pool. But the best part is that it is one block from the beach and steps from 5th Avenue , which is the main street of restaurants, shops, and bars. It is one block from the bus station and two blocks from the ferry to Cozumel. If you come from Cancun Airport, you can take the bus without having to use a taxi. It's so close to downtown you don't need a car.

We are a 5 bedroom house plus casita with bunk bed and ensuite, steps to the beach and 15 minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen. Infinity pool and upgraded backyard. Plus we have staff who will come cook breakfast and clean included in the price! You can walk to the Hard Rock golf course in the neighborhood. There are also small Mayan ruins in our neighborhood. The house backs onto a common jungle area for lots of privacy.
