Central, spacious, comfortable, airy, located on the 2nd floor, 200 mg internet. Quiet, ideal for resting and working. Easy and close access to beautiful beaches, 5th Avenue, supermarket, laundries, foreign exchange offices, ferry, public transport. The area is picturesque, quiet and safe for walking or cycling. In a straight line you will be 600 meters from 5th Avenue and 700 meters from the beach. The building has spacious corridors, patio, rooftops with panoramic views and beautiful vegetation.

Beautiful downtown Loft “Las Brujas”

Beautiful downtown Loft, Caribbean style, in a peaceful 8 apartments building. Surrounded by a green area with a small cozy pool. Just four blocks from the beach. Close to many local spots to have a nice lunch or drinks at night. The Loft is on the first floor, it has a bathroom with shower, kitchen and a sofa area that can sleep one extra person, and the bedroom is upstairs: comfy Queen size and a small closet. The Loft is nicely furnished, Mexican modern style, with tropical wood accents.
