Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The house is massive and the pictures don't do it justice! The open layout from the entry all the way through the living room, dining room and family room has a great flow. The skylights in the high ceilings provide great natural lighting and such a spacious feel. This house is perfect for a family with kids or several couples. The huge dining table is perfect for group meals and the refrigerator/freezer are extra large. The house is in the perfect neighborhood--close enough to the main streets that you could walk but so quiet. We stayed for a month and we are sensitive to noise and were never once disturbed. From the bbq grill to the hottub, the outdoor space/landscaping is beautiful and very clean. Andy was our primary host and was extremely responsive. He even proactively reached out to us before we checked in to make sure all of our needs were met and even went the extra step to perform a specialized cleaning on the sofas as our kids have allergies/asthma. 5 stars all around!

Good place for a family trip. We did some cooking in and also walked to restaurants. Coffee place’s nearby also. Beds comfortable. Backyard fun for the grandkids

It’s rare that you step foot into a house and feel at home. And that’s exactly how I felt the moment I entered. Everything was perfect. From hopping on a call with me before I was there to making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here and I definitely want to return again. Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

When the original unit we were planning to rent was unexpectedly not available due to the tenants being unable to return to their fire damaged home in LA, Fawaz and Nicholas offered an alternate unit arrangement for us that was even better than our first pick- which is hard to believe- All of their units are amazing! Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed including a gift basket ; private patios with water features and comfortable furniture; quiet peaceful walkable locations with many great restaurants close by and easy access to local attractions and airport It was a perfect stay and Fawaz and Nicholas were the perfect, most responsive and accommodating hosts I highly recommend their Jackson Ave properties! We will be back!

This house is a little hidden oasis, just outside the main drag of WeHo. We were a small group of friends visiting for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Very stylish and clean. Melissa was a very friendly proactive host who focused on making things easy for us. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mylbra’s place. It is definitely a pearl in LA area. The location is perfectly private, quiet and really safe. We had everything we needed at the unit. Mylbra was very responsive and super kind. Check in was easy and flexible. We loved the view, the pool and the patio, Mylbra’s wonderful dogs and also all the peacocks of the neighbourhood. The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. My husband and I had a lovely stay at Nima's place. The space had everything we could have possibly needed and felt very secluded despite proximity to other homes. This is a great place to stay if you need a safe, clean, and thoughtfully organized home base while in LA!

This guesthouse is an absolute gem! The tree-lined street felt so peaceful and warm. The guesthouse was very easy to check in to. You step into a charming entryway with the bathroom on the first floor, then head up a staircase to a cozy, light-filled living space. So peaceful, beautifully kept, and full of character. Sara was amazingly responsive and accommodating!

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

The photos we had looked at before arriving were beautiful, but once we arrived at the Airbnb, they were even more amazing in person to see we could not have been happier. It was also impeccably clean and while laid out.
